Just called the store for pricing. I asked for a price on a sofa and he told me straight up cash and pick-up. When I asked for the price with delivery he abruptly and rudely said he was not interested in my business and hung up!!!!! WOW!!!!! Talk about BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere.

We just received our Natuzzi leather sofa from Interior Concepts. We are so happy with our purchase!! We walked into the store & the owner, Mark took care of us personally. He was so helpful & extremely knowledgeable. After many months of shopping around, Interior Concepts had the best prices & the highest quality. Our sofa is beautiful & we can't wait to come back to the store & choose a new bedroom set!

Five years ago my husband and I purchased furniture for our bedroom, living room and dining room from Mark. The arrangement of furniture in the showroom is a bit cramped, but don't let that stop you from looking. Mark was very fair in the pricing especially for the quality & originality of the furniture. When people see our furniture for the first time they are amazed and some ask if it was custom made. Interior Concepts is the first place we go when we want to shop for furniture and we live over an hour away. Love that place!!!

I've been searching for a high end leather sofa at a great price. I found interior concepts on the web and decided to check it out At first glance i was turned off by the showroom so dark and cluttered but i bypassed the urge to run and went inside. The salesmen Mark was pleasant at first but after pressuring me to buy with no commitment he states Im not making any money here throws his card and sulks off. Wow like how rude can you be??? i would never do business with this place.

My husband and I purchased a gorgeous leather couch and wingchair from Interior Concepts. We searched high and low for weeks until we were referred to Interior Concepts. Their furniture is quality and we plan on purchasing another piece for our collection very soon.

I am lucky enough to say that I just had another piece of furniture delivered from Interior Concepts. I have been a customer for years! The owner Mark is great! How many furniture stores can you walk into & have the owner handle your purchase from start to finish. Do you ever see "Mr. Raymour or Flanigan??" The furniture at Interior Concepts is the highest quality, and all my pieces still look as good as the day they were delivered!! Thanks!

I totally agree! The salesman Mark is SHADY, SHADY, SHADY and was so incredibly rude. I think he sells seconds of Natuzzi because a lot of his pieces show damage but apparently "that's the nature of leather"...give me a break! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

went to interior concepts today looking to buy a leather couch for my new apt. i was treated so disrespectfully and basically told to go look elsewhere after i pointed out that a floor model i was interested in had some damage to it. i have never been so insulted after i was honestly ready to spend a significant amount of cash that i would never in a million years buy anything from this store, yet alone recommend it to anyone i know. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE INTERIOR CONCEPTS IN SOUTH PHILADELPHIA!
