Yates Car Wash & Detail Center

I would have to say that this carwash has its on and off days, so I try not to go in the busy days and usually if its not that packed, the crew is very friendly and social and makes it a very warm experience, but i have to say that days when i have been there with the carwash line around the corner, it was a total different experience for me, i felt rushed and didnt get the same service as I usually do, and even the employees are too busy, i would have to agree with some of these comments but also disagree at the same time, All in all i would say that these guys will atleast try to help you out, for example one time my car battery was dead and the manager brought his car over to jump my car, i would highly recomend going their when its not so packed and busy.

As I have been a loyal customer for years, I will say I will never come back here again. My passenger Mirror had been damaged and all I ask for is why it occured and how we can solve this. The manager was quick to say it was done before I came to the wash and then didnt want to deal with the situation.

I took my car to Yates and paid $47 for a car wash. Ended up with over $3,000 worth of damage to the undercarriage of my BMW and the owner, Jeff Yates, refuses to take any responsibility. Wouldn't even provide the name of his insurance company. I hear his previous insurance company refuses to do business with him due to his unscrupulous business practices and damage to cars from his business is not uncommon. Don't give him any of your hard earned money - he works the system to his advantage. Operate on city streets and it's the city's responsibility.

These guys are always busy and do lots of work on limos and high-end cars. I walk by all the time and their detailing center is also usually busy, working on all types of cars. I recently saw a Maserati Quattroporte in queue for the car wash. You know how rich people are obsessed with value to the point of cheapness: if it's good enough for that guy it's good enough for my Saturn. They have always done excellent work for me and the cheap interior is even kind of homey in the wintertime. Dogs welcome inside. They have a dog (or had one, or have had one off and on).

Yates car wash is a good place to get your car washed. They offer a regular automatic brush car wash and they have detailing services. Each car is cleaned and vacumed on the inside and hand dried after it is run through the car wash. If you get the premium wash there are people outside who will do a "mini" detail on your car (i.e. armor-all the tires, dashboard, clean the bugs from the front of the car, etc...).
