After being given an appointment "somtime before noon", they did not show up until 2 pm, only after I called to ask for a time. Then, I was told that a part had to be ordered and should take 3-5 business days, then they would call. They never called. I called two weeks later and received a message that the company was closed for inventory for an additional week. Still no phone call fromt he company letting me know this. Then I was finally give a date and time for repair one week later, "sometime befgore noon". I just called the company at 12:23 and they said that their guy is running late, should be an hour or so. They cashed my check instantly, and I foud out after the fact that they charged me much more than they should have for the parts. Very poor customer service.
