I purchased a watch as a gift from the Union square store and two days later, the gift receiver found one of the function was broken when the gift was opened. Imagine how embarassing it felt from the frist place. I followed the suggestion from Union Square store and took the watch to Soho store for an exchange on Saturday because the SOHO store had more watch selections. After I showed the watch to the Soho store sales. The Soho store sales told me that "my store could not be stuck with a broken watch" and refused to assist me further. She said if your watch is not broken, I would allow for an exchange. There is no good for us to keep a broken watch at the store. When I ask her "I as a customer should be stuck with a broken watch?" She immediately told me that their customer had the same problem yesterday and advised me to get a full payment back as my rights as a customer at the Union square store. I went back to Union square. They refused to refund and said that their store policy is only for exchange. Now I had to write a complain letter to the headquarter to see if I could get a refund!

I had a really bad experience with the customer service there from the retail women. I was given a wallet from this store as a christmas gift, and when I looked closely at it, the leather was ripped. When I went to EXCHANGE it, for the same wallet a week later, the women gave me a hard time, asking me where my gift receipt was, and how would i know if the person who gave it to me even got it there. (I visited the store the previous week with my significant other to look at the wallets so I knew) I told her this, and she rolled her eyes and made her assistant come over to help me. (Mind you, I never used it, and wrapped it back in the packaging) I was determining between two different wallets, and I was asking her opinion, I look up, and she is giving me a nasty look and didn't even give me advice on what I had just asked. Talk about customer service! So, I chose one quickly, and left not wanting to go back. Unfortunately, I had to go back again, because this wallet too was faulty. I go back the next morning, and tell them what happened, and the same woman interrupted me mid sentence being like "HOW many times are you going to come in here and try to return this? I MEAN Honestly?" I was so taken aback! I was like "well, it doesn't close." She rolled her eyes and asked me if I even know which one I want, whilst snatching the other wallet out of my hand. I told her which one I had in mind. Although the one I wanted to exchange it for was cheaper, so she had to give me a card with the remaining money. The whole time she was sighing and rolling her eyes at me and her assistant. If they made quality products in the first place, I wouldn't have had to go back so many times in the first place! It was a horrible experience, and I certainly will not be going back to that particular store on Greene Street, nor will I recommend it to ANYONE else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service, and I am completely surprised how they are able to stay in business with nasty people running that store.

this french brand knows their audience. hoe to fina a good classic men's shirt. this is a question always raised by my gay friends. and Agnes B. Homme can provides a perfect answer. slim cut, slightly smaller collars and narrow cuffs. expensive but remarkably durable. i already have 10 of them but never feel tired to get another one.
