A few comments pertaining to the above posts:
If you do happen to get hit with many overdraft fees (all at the same time) then go to the bank that you opened your account at, and they will more then likely reduce it (unless you are a cronic overdrafter), probably to half the amount, but possibly more.
One thing that I agree with is the time that it takes to be contacted about an overdraft, as you are only contact via postal mail. In these high-tech times they do have the ability to call on the phone or e-mail you as soon as the (first) overdraft happens.
For the most part I have been very happy with Tri-City bank, as I have been a customer to over 15 years.
I guess the bottom line here is if you have a problem be sure to talk to someone at the bank about it, they will more than likely be able to help you out.

Have to agree with the writers below.

We received wrong, incomplete and inconsistent advise when applying for a loan. One person said this - the other the opposite. Loan ok - loan not ok. Need this paperwork - oh no, don't need it - and then - oh yes, we need that! Our worst experience ever with a bank.

Very unprofessional overall (except for a few people that we met at TCNB) and frankly stupid at times.

Have been a customer since 2002 and never been late with any payment - have my mortgage, several accounts and my IRA with the bank. Just paid off my car loan with them as well.

The problems they caused are costing us money and I am thinking of consulting with a lawyer.

After 6 weeks of trouble (btw - they approved now - but we have had it), we will close all accounts and hopefully find bank with people that know what they are doing.

Not interested in doing business with this bank, don't trust them at all anymore. My advise: Stay away.

My husband has been banking with Tri-City National Bank here in Milwaukee since 1992; as have I since 2001. we have always been good and abiding customers of Tri-City; with both a savings account, and a checking account.

As like other people; we have fallen on hard times. pay freezes, etc. and though we are lucky to both still have our jobs in this day and age; it is still hard times for us. in the past 2 weeks we have had over-draft fees totaling a sum of 270.00 dollars; I understand that it is our fault for overdrafting in the first place. but in today's economy it baffles me to no end that a bank can show such poor moral and ethical principles as to continuously charge over-draft fees, not stop payments, or even give us any sort of immediate notification to allow us to rectify the issue before it got overtly out of hand.

Sure the account was delinquent for about 2 days but we quickly took measures to correct the issue. (we learned about the overdrafts via our online banking, no emails, or no phone calls were made to us to aware us of the delinquency which would have continued if we had never found out) only a letter several days after the incident had been mailed.

This is the first time this account has been delinquent... like i said before; i know it was of our own fault, but i just can't stand the fact that this bank is so unwilling to show leanency in such understandably hard times to a dedicated and good standing customer of 17 years...

Not to mention the countless other times that we have had to contact our bank to attain the benefits that new customers were getting... which leads me to believe that all they care about are attaining new customers and profits, rather than monitoring and taking care of the customers that they already have.

Needless to say, Tri-city National Bank of Milwaukee has turned its back on a long time customer and that has left a bad taste in my mouth. not only will my husband and I state that fact to them, (and the rest of the world via the internet.) but we will be closing our account and taking our business to another bank.

Please think twice about doing business with a bank that doesn't care about its existing customers, and instead spends a lot of time and advertisements into attaining new accounts.

I HAVE BEEN WITH TRI CITY FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THERE COMPUTERS OR CALL THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER, WHICH IS UNDER THE CONTACT MAIN NUMBER. THEY LET A PAYMENT GO THROUGH WITHOUT MY PERSMISSION AND CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO OVERDRAWN AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER 380.00 IN OVER DRAFT FEES. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME UNTIL THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I AM CONTACTING MY LAWYER as Well as letting my friends know not to close Their Accounts and look for a new bank.

In Short
Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and homeā€¦
