Connie Wilson as such a attitude problem. Contact her about a mistake that was made. From she answered the phone it was just loudness and unprofessional behavior

I honestly couldn't imagine a worse property management company. Wanda is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. With condo fees that are continuously rising and amnesties that are continuously being cut back, one would hope that at lease you are paying for good customer service but that is just not the case with this management company. You will leave multiple messages and receive return calls days later from a blocked number. She will treat you as if the issues with your home are trivial and attempts to divert the expenses of building issues (which should should be paid for by the management company) to home owners. If you are looking for an honest and reliable property management company that will provide good customer service, this is not the one!

I had a recent experience with Potomac Valley that is worth sharing. They resolved my problem with such ease. I am a new owner and new to homeownership. They took the time to explain what homeownership means. What my responsibility was and what the community's responsibility was as well. I just want to say thank you Potomac Valley for going the extra mile.

Ms. Wanda is the worst excuse of a human being I have EVER met. During a freak ice over in 2008, the fuses for my ENTIRE apartment blew out, my radiators were not turned on and I had been using space heaters to mitigate my damages. There is no on site maintenance person. I called her cell phone and left a messege. After hours of having NO response I had to call DC Government, who I guess called her because she finally called back. When she arrived at my apartment she then chewed ME out for using space heaters and blowing the fuses althought I had been complaining that my radiators did not work since I had moved in approximately 4 months earlier. I had a never ending problem with mice, which was never properly addressed. The properties are overpriced considering that you are expected to live with addicts, protitutes and dealers.
