The services are great but the administration is horrible. What I mean by this is:

1) For example, ESSpa sometimes offer buy one get one gift card deals, where there are stipulations on the free amount, but the other amount has no restrictions and should be treated like cash Unfortunately this is not the case. I tried to redeem a special offer but the wouldn't honor the gift card. I asked if they would take cash for the special offer, but wouldn't take the gift card even though I had the email from them that said the gift card would be treated like cash.

2) They are not very accommodating when they cancel an appointment on you. Many times, it takes at least a month to get in at a convenient time for you.

3) I saw another customer get really upset because she tried to pay for a service on a Monday and I guess the gift card she had said she couldn't use it on Monday. Technically, she was wrong but besides ESSpa, I don't imagine any other retailer turning her down and making her pay cash.

I admit that I still go because there isn't much choice in the area and I want to be close, but their advertising and rules are sometimes false.

Great experience - was worried after reading reviews. Brought my 10 year old for a birthday gift - nervous she would be treated as rudely as some of the other guests had reviewed. Found a charming and welcoming spa where all staff did their best to make us feel at home. Excellent services specialized for kids - daughter received a great facial and lessons about starting to care for her skin. Would highly recommend for any age!

As always my experience at esspa was wonderful, peaceful and energy giving. Even though travel from Mt. Lebanon I feel the extra travel is well worth it, Thank you for your commitment to an extraordinary experience.

I went to Esspa this past Thursday for a pedicure. The Nail Tech was very impersonable. She spoke only a few words and that was only after I attempted to initiate a conversation. The foot massage was nice and my toenails were painted well. However, I arrived home with the same calluses on my feet that I had prior to my pedicure. When I have a pedicure done that includes callus removal, I don't expect to still have them on my feet when I leave. It also seems to me that if a person is working with the public she should make more of an effort to be a little more friendly. I've had pedicures done at many places and she was by far the most impersonable person I have ever had.

WELL, I WAS GOING TO BUY MY FUTURE WIFE A FACIAL AND I SEARCHED FOR A SALON IN PITTSBURGH AND THEIR NAME CAME UP, SO I CALLED AND THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE LOST MY BUSINESS BIG TIME SHE WAS VERY UNINFORMED AND WAS VERY SHORT AND VERY CONDESENDING TO MY QUESTIONS. I JUST WANTED A GIFT FOR MY FIANCE , AND SHE MADE ME CALL ANOTHER SALON, WHERE THEY TREATED ME AS AN OLD FRIEND, I GIVE THIS SALON A ONE STAR, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A HALF STAR BUT IT WASNT AVAILABLE., AS I READ MORE OF THE REVIEWS, I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD GET ANOTHER WOMAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE...

Dearest ESSpa Kozmetika, You have truly changed my outlook on customer service. Every single person that I met was nothing but nice to me while I was there this past Saturday. I was greeted promptly and cordially as soon as I walked in. I was offered a cool and refreshing drink while I filled out my paperwork. I was escorted personally to the back by the young lady that would do my facial. That room in itself was the most relaxing place that I had ever been. She was very attentive to my needs, making sure at all times that I was comfortable and relaxed. My face afterwards was so smooth and soft. My skin is a little on the sensitive side, and not once did I feel that unknown burning sensation. I was then taken directly to the young lady that would be doing my manicure and pedicure. She was very friendly and talkative while not being overwhelming or pushy for information like some nail technicians can be. She changed the water for me just because it was a little too warm. We went into the pedicure room and she made me feel like I was the most important person in the world, sitting on those comfortable recliners. Again, I left one of your staff feeling like a million dollars. I was then taken to the wonderful massage room. The one that looks like paris, that was simply amazing. The woman has hands of gold. I felt every ounce of stress just drip away. The time didn’t fly by either; there was no ticking cloc

Good Morning, I just want to thank you for such a relaxing afternoon. Your women at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The young lady who did my Min-Facial was very knowledgeable on the subject of her skill plus we had a common bond since my grandparents and in-laws were from Hungary.

I have been to several spas around Pittsburgh and Esspa is by far my favorite. first time I visited Esspa was about three years ago. The decor of the spa is unlike any I have experienced-- that in and of itself is worth a visit. The ambiance is very relaxing and exquisite. \n\nThe staff is always kind and good about setting up appointments. The estheticians use the best quality products and are very skilled in their field. I have had problems with acne and recently began getting facials and peels with Heather. The results have been AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable about products, treatments and skin. She listens to my concerns and after looking at my skin has given me some of the most EFFECTIVE advice in caring for and improving my skin. It is definitely worth the price. I also recommend their waxes and massages. \n\nI always feel relaxed and refreshed after any treatment at Esspa. \n\nThey run specials and packages from time to time so definitely check out their website before booking your appointment.

Eva and all the staff at ESSpa were amazing. In addition to the wonderful atmosphere, the personal attention i received truly made my visit an unforgettable experience. I felt completely relaxed, every detail of my stay was clearly thought out. I had high expectations and found them passed above and beyond! I will never forget the special time i had at ESSpa!

I first discovered this spa when I was pregnant with my first child, every mother knows what a toll this can take on your skin and beyond that your self confidence and identity. It seems strange to say that Eva and her care of my skin during this time was one of the brightest spots in my entire pregnancy, but it most certainly was. It may help to know that my husband lived thousands of miles away in another country so I was feeling isolated. I had to move away in my eighth month and I now live in Vancouver, BC, which has lots of spas, but there is no Esspa there is no Eva and there is no comparison. \n\nWhen I gave birth I swore I would send Eva a thank you and a photo then that was July 2, 2009. When the holidays came I wanted to send a nice note with a picture, which was also 2009. The holidays are approaching again and I am eight months pregnant with my second child and realize I may not have the time to put together a nice package that would arrive in the mail to express my gratitude, so I am settling for now, for this recommendation. \n\nI can guarantee you the first time I am home for a visit to Pittsburgh their phone will be ringing. \n\nThe spa, the philosophy but mostly who Eva and her staff are and their skills and intuition simply cannot be replicated. Thanks for everything. - Bec\n

Every chance I get, I recommend Esspa. It's because of the people who work there. They are so polite, calm & helpful. They are there to please & to make your visit a positive one. It's because of the expertise each one of them has. Just walking in to the beautiful environment starts your experience. Being greeted by the front desk by name is so welcoming. Robert can give the most relaxing massage you could ever ask for. Dorie gives a great bamboo massage. Eva puts her heart & soul into making your facial experience one that you want to come back to time and time again. She always gives you something a little unexpected... a shoulder rub, a foot massage or her valuable advise. When she put yogurt on my face, I asked her if it was organic & yes it was actually a yogurt that I eat.\r\n\r\nI could go on about how great Esspa is, but the bottom line to remember, we are all human & we all have difficult days, no one is perfect. Esspa goes out of their way to make things right, they are good people.\r\n\r\nI LOVE ESSPA, they are the BEST!

When scheduling an appointment, customers must confirm with a credit card. ESSpa's cancellation policy is that customers must provide a minimum of 36 hours advance notice if you must cancel or change an appointment. No shows are charged 100% of the full service price. However, if ESSpa needs to cancel or change your appointment, they do so with no regard for the customer. I waited for weeks for a July appointment with Eva only for it to be canceled 1 hours before my scheduled appointment even though staff had called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Unfortunately, I did not receive the supposed voice mail staff said they left on my cell phone right before my appointment. I arrived on time only to find out it had been canceled with no one else available to do the facial. Esspas cancellation policy is pretty strict for the customer. However, shouldnt Esspa adhere to its own 36 hour cancellation policy or provide compensation to customers if unable to provide the services to hold itself equally accountable??

I'm giving my experience 4 stars rather than 2 because my facial with Erin was fantastic, however the rest of the experience was somewhat lacking. The blonde front desk woman was rude and at one point turned her back to me while I was speaking to her. I have read previous reviews about the spa where it seems many others have experienced similar behavior from this woman and I am left wondering why she is still employed by the spa. I watched ""the blonde woman"" offer a beverage to some clients and not others - I was not one of them. It wasn't until Erin greeted me for my appointment that I was offered a drink followed by what is probably the best facial experience I have received to date - and I have travelled extensively to an embarrassing number of spas over the years. She was thorough, polite and an overall joy to talk to and I will definitely go back to the spa for that reason alone. I just hope they will address the problems in the reception area as it isn't very receptive.

I have visited this salon several times on my own and to renew gift cards. I enjoy going there but everytime I leave, I feel like I paid too much money for the most AVERAGE services including waxes, pedicures and massages. I have visited MANY salons in the Pgh and North Hills that are far superior in their services with either comparable pricing or costs less. It's not worth the money for the quality of service

The good?\n\nBring a friend and you both get a treatment for the price of the more expensive of the two.\n\nRelaxing environment, quiet and soothing.\n\nOrganic products.\n\nThe Eva Saver email deals are incredible.\n\nThe bad?\n\nImpossible to book same-day services, which makes it hard to take advantage of their Eva Saver deals or the two-for-one specials. Also difficult to book appointments for convenient hours, which leads me to believe that most of Esspa's clientele don't have day jobs. \n\nWeirdly small and open changing area.\n\nLabyrinthian interior.\n\nIf you aren't saving money with a coupon or special, not really worth the price.

While re-visiting friends and family in my native Pittsburgh, I decided to treat myself to a spa treatment. I'd heard so much about them. With swimsuit season approaching, I hesitantly made an appointment for a manicure, pedicure and a bikini wax. I really only wanted the bikini wax but was embarassed to make an appoint just for that. The manicure and pedicure went fine. Nothing spectacular, but okay for the money I paid. My fears were realized when it came time for my wax. It was pretty much, "Okay, wanna drop those panties?" Not knowing any better, I timidly lowered my panties and kicked them to the floor. A disapproving look from the technician. When she stepped closer to evaluate my waxing, the look on her face said it all. I realize having an Italian heritage, I have a full, thick bush. Okay, already! But her comment of something like, "Have you ever had...this...trimmed or waxed....before today?" Needless to say, it had me squirming uncomfortably for the rest of the visit. Okay, I admit it, I have a thick growth. But she did little to calm my anxieties, fears, and feelings of being self-conscious about having the thickest, darkest bush in my high school class....something that was constantly being pointed out to me by girlfriends and the boys who had heard the rumor. Long story short...I'd never go back there again. I'd never recommend them. What I WOULD do is tell everyone who will listen to spend your money elsewhere. From the receptionist who took my appointment, to the woman who "greeted me" upon my arrival, to the saddist who escorted me in to humiliate me and do my bikini wax. Never again. I don't have to pay someone to humiliate me regarding my thick bush. My advice? Spend your money elsewhere!

I had my first experience at Esspa yesterday and I was excited after reading all of the positive reviews. Reception was friendly and professional, however, any memory of that immediately faded when Ginger, the eyebrow waxer, called my name and greeted me with a curt ""Hi."" We walked into the back of the salon in complete silence. She then proceeded to give me an okay eyebrow wax, but her bad attitude really ruined my experience. Trying to make conversation, I mentioned that I hadn't had my eyebrows done in a long time and that they probably looked terrible. Her reply? ""Yea."" I then mentioned that I had to have them done since I was 12 and she replied in an extremely condescending tone, ""And how old are you now?"" as if she was talking to a child and not a paying customer. Her bad attitude continued all the way back to reception where she stood as I paid and waited for me to tip her. Um...awkward!! $18 is way too much to pay for such an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

Nestled in Aspinwall in a borough of Fox Chapel is ESSPA. Esspa is a hidden gem! This spa is straight out of LA! It is absolutely gorgeous and first class. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a cup of chamomil tea. I loved all the french additions to the spa. I had a facial and I was in love! It has only been hours and my face is already looking better. They are open everyday of the week - which is such a bonus! This is BY FAR the best spa in Pittsburgh.

I came to Esspa to get lash extensions. I had previously had them done in California and know a lot about them. Eva claims to be trained by Xtreme lashes but after my experience I do not believe she is. She applied certain lashes on me which are not meant for permanent glue. They began to pull out and damage my natural lashes due to the way they were applied. I do not recommend Esspa for lash extensions. I found Lashes by Allison and she did a great job, I highly recommend her,

They began to pull out and damage my natural lashes due to the way they were applied. I do not recommend Esspa for lash extensions. I found Lashes by Allison and she did a great job, I highly recommend her,

After reading so many good reviews of facial with Eva, I booked an appointment for a facial. The first available appointment was for a month later and I took it because it was just in time for my vacation to India. Last minute the appointment was postponed to next day. I took that too. But that was canceled again. Now I had to leave for India to attend a special occasion and really wanted to get a facial. I was OK with getting the facial done by any other person too but that there was no option and too late to get an appointment in any other salon. Overall disappointing !

I am writing a ""Pre""view and will write my Review after this Saturday, (11/21/09,) when I will be having my very first facial at the salon. I purchased a gift certificate for a friend and actually received one myself for my own birthday the following week. My first impression was that the place was beautiful and clean. (I was in Hungary a month ago and it really resembled parts of Budapest!) The staff was kind and helpful. I hope the facial is a good one, the prices are high, but I will pay them for quality. I will post my honest feelings and observations next week. Can't wait!

Eva, the owner of the spa gives an amazing facial, and offers the best in home remedy and home treatment advice while treating you - at no extra cost! My experience with Eva and the other estheticians has always been amazing and I continue to go back. If you sign up for email updates you can even get great insight on their almost weekly specials and receive coupons as well. My only con is with the helpfulness of the front desk staff and their customer service, which I will say has improved over the last 6 months.

I've been going to Esspa since it's inception and am so glad it's being recognized nationally for its excellence. After all these years, I have never been dissappointed with the services and the courteous staff (Karen, you're the best!). Eva, Heather, Robert and all the other professionals there are hightly trained and so good at what they do. I would give it SIX stars if I could!!

Esspa is without a doubt that best spa in Pittsburgh and over the last five years I have probably been to 75% of the spas here. First, it is beautifully decorated. The facial/massage rooms all have different themes and they are all tastefully decorated with richly painted walls and beautiful chandeliers. I relax the moment I walk in.\r\n\r\nPedicures are much nicer than those I have had elsewhere. I recommend them. But, I cannot recommend Eva's facials enough. I never realized how much the appearance of your skin can improve with a facial until I went to the owner, Eva. My skin GLOWS after I have one. And she is fantastic and really knows her stuff. I have very clogged skin and she spends a lot of time with extractions which no one ever did before. She's fabulous and she really cares about helping your skin improve.

I've been to ESSpa twice and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I think those that have complained of bad customer service have just caught people on a bad day. I've had massages with two different people and while both massages were great, the one I had with Robert ranks right up there with ones I've had in Las Vegas or at Glen Ivy Hot Springs in CA. I can't wait to book some kind of package to experience the other treatments the spa offers.

I had a very nice massage by a young lady at this spa. She said she was new there , but had experience in many spa's in Florida, and I wasn't disappointed. The only reason I didn't give my experience 5 stars was I was a little taken aback when she told me she also makes house calls and she could come to my house if I ever needed her to. This made me feel uncomfortable, but overall I really enjoyed my experience.

The service was ok, definitely not worth the cost. The girl at the front desk was frustrating and the gentleman there, not sure who he was, was trite to say the least. I found that I can get a better service at Eva Szabo in E. Shady Side. I had gift cards for both places and know now that for future services my money will be well spent at Eva Szabo.

I was there for a service and had a bottle of water with me as I was just coming from the gym. I was looking for a garbage can when one of the staff members offered to throw the bottle away for me. I was shocked to say the least when she just dumped the bottle into the little white can next to the manicure desk. When I asked if they recycled the girl answered that they don't have a recycle bin!!! How is THAT green????

My grandmother, daughter and I enjoyed the Three Generation Spa Package yesterday and I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff for giving us the most wonderful day ! It meant so much to us. We rarely get together to just to enjoy each other and that's exactly what we did on Sunday. All the services that the three of us had were great (especially the facial and massage) and the lunch was perfect.\r\n \r\nWe weren't even in the car before we started to plan our next visit. We will be back soon.

I have had a 4-5 treatments at Esspa. My first treatment was a gift, a facial and a massage. When I booked the appointment, I asked how long the two would take and explained that a had a commitment later in the day. Just my luck, someone was delayed and I had to get only 1 treatment and reschedule the 2nd. They gave me 10% off my 2nd treatment. I'm not sure that was adequate but I dealt with it. In hindsight, 10% off didn't compensate for the inconvenience.\r\n\r\nI have also experienced some questionable customer service from the middle aged blonde receptionist. She has a bit of a snobby feel to her- I always thought maybe it was because I always book the Eva Saver specials! Regardless, every customer should be treated with the utmost respect no matter how much their service costs. \r\n\r\nIn the end, I continue to book the Eva Saver's because they are such a great deal and the services that I have had are amazing (mainly facials). Heather is especially welcoming.\r\n\r\nOne more comment, I had never used a male masseuse before going to Esspa. I must say that I left feeling a little uncomfortable and will ask not to be with the male from now on. He was good, I was just uncomfortable. Just something to think about if you are looking to book a massage!

I purchased an early bird petite pedicure just to start off my day prior to going into work. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and even decided to purhase some skincare products upon recommendation from the spa consultant. The blond lady at the front desk was very aloof and curt when checking me in and out. Upon entering the spa I was told to wait in the waiting room and was not offered a beverage. An older lady (40's)who entered after me was offered tea, coffee, water and the blond lady even served it to her. I am not sure whether it had to do with my age (20's) but this disparity in service was rather obvious. Furthermore, the same blond lady overcharged me for my skincare products at the checkout and I ended up paying $20 more on top of the tip that I left ($30 in total). I had already corrected her once on the discount for the early bird and did not realize being overcharged until afterwards. Although I've already contacted the spa I have not heard back and highly doubt that I will. \r\n\r\nAlthough the services are great I do agree with the other reviews that the front desk staff is TERRIBLY RUDE and unprofessional. I believe that they need further training on customer service/satisfaction as well as the prices for the services and products in order to prevent overcharging customers.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had at Esspa. The spa and its employees are elegant in presentation. The second I walked thru the door I knew I was about to be transported to pamper-land. I was scheduled with Eva for a facial. I was so looking forward to a little relaxing and I absolutely got more than I expected. I have had facials before but this was the best one ever. The room was so inviting. The facial chair, if you can call it a chair, more like a flufy marshmallow to relax in, was heated and the blankets more plush than anything I have ever seen. There was even a ribbon draped over the cover!! Eva attended to me as though I were a queen. In every other facial I have had there is a time when the facialist leaves while the masque is on. Not Eva, she massaged my arms and hands and feet. I think at one point I actually started to fall asleep. I felt as though a life long friend was taking special care of me and Eva made me feel as though I was the most important thing to her. Today was my second visit with many more to come. If you are looking for the ultimate pampering experience with an elegant atmosphere you need to try Esspa. When you come, look for me! I'm the one with the big smile on my very happy face!!!

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a birthday massage at and I can't complain about that. It was wonderful. It certainly put a damper on my special day and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I visited Esspa for the first time today, and even though it was a short visit for a waxing service, I left quite impressed by the staff . Both receptionist's greeted me with big smiles and were very pleasant. Heck even though I didn't have any quarters for the parking meter, they took care of it for me. I don't think there is much more your receptionist(s) can improve on. After filling out the paperwork and handing it in, I didn't have to wait long before Audra came and introduced herself to me as the one who will be doing the waxing. At no time did I hear the usual ""NEXT"" like some other places do. It was nice to be treated well and be given personal attention even for such a small service. This was my first time at getting anything waxed so I didn't know what to expect. Audra was very nice and was easy to talk to. It went by quick and painless, not like I imagined it to be. However, while I was waiting I noticed all of the magazines in the waiting area were for women. If you want to welcome male clients as well, you may want to add a few that we may like such as weekly news or travel magazines. It took quite a while to build up enough nerve to go to a spa but it was a very pleasant experience and I would like to do it more often so look for me to go back for a manicure and pedicure soon. They say that first impression mean a lot, and with this being my first time at Esspa, by the time I left all I could think of was ""WOW!"". Thank you - Richard.

I am a huge fan of ESSpa Kozmetika and decided to check the reviews on this webpage... I am shocked to read the most recent comment bashing the spa and its employees. My friends, family, and myself have been going to ESSpa for quite some time now and have had nothing but impeccable service. The employees, especially the receptionists, have always been extremely welcoming and helpful. My close friend's grandmother, who often needs special assistance at the spa, raves about her experiences there, particularly involving one of the receptionists, Karen. The services are excellent and of course there are occasional miscommunications, but the staff has been more than willing to solve any problems in a swift and gracious manner. I am an avid believer that the customer is always right (a sentiment that ESSpa has always followed) BUT as for this young woman's problems at ESSpa, I think it is apparent that she may have some issues of her own. There are certain rules that one must abide by. Famous institutions with the most impeccable service still have rules and regulations. And a side note for the writer of this outrageous and incorrect attack on ESSpa, please learn the proper usage of the word sadistic. I recommend not using vocabulary that you do not fully understand.

I was a faithful EsSpa customer for ~2 years for facials, pedicures and waxing. It cannot be disputed that the spa technicians and the quality of services are top notch. HOWEVER, there is a lot more to the spa experience than that. It is supposed to be just that--an *experience*--and the management at EsSpa (particularly the outrageously snotty receptionist) may ruin the nice feelings you have after being pampered during services.\r\nI routinely waited in the lobby for upwards of 30 minutes. One time the receptionist forgot about me, though I inquired at the front desk twice. When I inquired a third time, I was scolded for having waited so long (wtf?). Unless you have LOTS of time to wait around, I wouldn't recommend booking services there. This also stresses out the technicians, as it is up to them to ""fit you in"" despite scheduling mishaps.\r\nI've had numerous other horribly rude and unsatisfactory encounters with the receptionist/manager woman at the front desk. One time I came out with a bit of a red/broken out face after a facial and she made an inappropriate comment, something like, ""oh, your face...you poor thing!"" (hello--someone that works at a spa should know that redness after a facial is quite normal).\r\nLast straw and why I won't be going back again--I purchased a $55 facial product a couple of months ago after a treatment. I opened it up last week to use it and it was completely rotten...unusable...smelled horrible and had separated into a little pool of water and some brown chunks. I checked and there is NO expiration date indicated on the product so I went in to EsSpa to ask for a replacement. The receptionist was visibly disgusted by my request. ""Well, if you had bought it like, two days ago, I might give you a new one""..accused me (in a very loud voice) of ""putting something in the product"" and told me there was no way I could get a refund as I ""should have used it already"". I left my name/number for the owner, but never received a call back.

Pros: quality of spa services

Cons: horrible customer service, sadistic receptionist/manager

.

My family sent my mother to this spa for several treatments for her 70th birthday. She did enjoy the services. However, the spa modified a published ""30% off"" coupon that resulted in less of a discount for us. After repeated phone calls by the birthday girl and me, we were promised that the manager would follow up on the coupon dispute, and did NOT.\r\nThe spa split the ""30% off the regular price of any individual spa treatment"" coupon from SpaFinder between two services. This is NOT the published offer. There were no restrictions upon which service the customer applies the coupon. Nor does it say that the spa may apply the coupon at their discretion, such as splitting it between less expensive services. This is dishonest, if not illegal.\r\nI am not sure why this spa is so highly rated!! Customer service was mediocre at best. The was our first experience with the spa and we will NOT return. Since this was a group gift, ESSpa lost multiple customers.\r\n

Pros: Competent service providers.

Cons: Poor to nonexistent customer service.

I was recently visiting the Pittsburgh area and I decided to go to two spas, Esspa and World of Serenity Day Spa. I really didn't like Esspa because of the customer service, I felt like I was an intruder at the spa and rushed. I was never offered a beverage nor did they attend to my needs. World of Serenity on the other hand was so helpful, when I entered the atmosphere I was greeted by a woman who escorted me to the receptionist room. I was also offered a beverage and they gave me some fruit to snack on. My services were great, I was not rushed, and I didnt want to leave the premises when i was finished. So, they let me relax in the "Enchanted Garden", this garden is to die for. I like the place so much I decided to become a member and plan to visit their whenever I come to the burgh. World of Serenity keep up the great work.

I went to this spa on my birthday for the you deserve it package. I got a facial with microderm, massage and amanicure. The over all experience was wonderful. I was actually really stressed when I went there becasue I had just turned 30.

I love the atmosphere of the spa and have had great experiences besided the rude receptionist at the front desk. She was unfriendly and unprofessional enough to make me not want to come back! Plus, I know who the owner is and she walks by

This spa is great and I have had many different treatments there and have recommended Esspa to friends. My only complaint is the front desk person Karen, she is very pushy and quite rude. I have also seen her be quite terrible to the other

I have had pedicures in many salons and spas through the years but Esspa is the only one I go to now. It is a well deserved indulgence. They know how to make you feel special and the staff know their products and care about the customers.
