Not only does the cleaning leave much to be desired, but they returned one of my shirt's with a hole in sleeve. I took it back and was told the manager would contact me - that was at the end of September.

I saved so much money by switching to Budget Dry Cleaners. I am glad I switched! The quality is the same as those high priced places!! Im not sure about that last review, but i have never had a problem. The people are very fast and give good customer service. I took all my winter coats there and for a very good price they all look near new. I think other Dry Cleaners are a rip off and switching to Budget helped me save alot this year!!

I saved so much money by switching to Budget Dry Cleaners. I am glad I switched! The quality is the same as those high priced places!! Im not sure about that last review, but i have never had a problem. The people are very fast and give good customer service. I've been using Budget Dry Cleaners for years
There work is decent and the price is excellent
My wife took a silk dress to Do Summer they wanted almost $20
Budget did it for $2.49 We take all our everyday clothes there and save a lot.
Its nice to see a business doing well and keeping it's cost down by doing normal everyday work. in this time of rising prices

I've used their Shaker and Taylor Rd store too I understand they do huge volume and sometimes there are mistakes but it all gets worked out in the end.

I guess I could spend $15 - $20 to get my suit cleaned somewhere else or I could go to Budget Dry Cleaners for $4.98 I'll use the savings to put in my gas tank! LOL

While I enjoy the interaction with the staff, the quality of the cleaning is quite poor. My wife and I were both regular customers when we noticed that the quality of the cleaning had dropped substantially. I had seen numerous errors in my cleaning, some that made me think that the employees working in the press shop were blind. Some of the mistakes were so big and obvious that you had to either be blind or completely unprofessional when it came time to wrap the garment in plastic. My wife experienced the same thing so we both were very unhappy. The topping on the cake was our inability to get an audience with the owner. Staff would always apologize and make excuses for him, but never did we ever receive a call when one was requested.Several of our issues were unresolved., but we know how to get the attention of people like this. In the pocket. And we are making plans to do just that.

Whenever you deal with a service industry based business you are bound to have minor problems and in my opinion it's expected because nobody's perfect. But, never in my experience as a consumer to a business that I've patronized for 2 years have i been more disappointed. I dropped my clothes off like I normally do to Sherrella the manager at the Wilson Mills store, we had our usual pleasantries and I left. I returned the day after the due date to pick up my clothes put them in the car as usual and went about my day. After arriving at home I put them in the closet, took off the plastic and then I almost passed out. All of my shirts had been turned this awful shade of discolored gray. Having the mindset that I'm a valued customer I and have been giving my business to this cleaners for 2 years I proceed to the cleaners to get my problem resolved. I gave them back my clothes so they could be redone(12-04-2007) Sherella gives me the ticket saying my clothes would be back in 3 days(the 7th). I go to the store on the 8Th my clothes are not in, Sherella tells me she will call the owner(Dave Sabol) to find out what's going on and call me later, I say great and leave. The next day I realize she never called me back so i call her, still she does not know what is going on with my clothes.I say to her is it possible for me to call the owner to find out what is going on and her response is no if she gives me his number she'll get fired. On the 11th she tells me she has a mandatory manger's meeting with the owner and she will ask him to call me in person, also saying that she will follow up me after the meeting. Of course she didn't call and neither has He. Since the 8th of December she says she has left messages for him to call me and I've not received a call yet. It's like this guy is a ghost or something, like he's not real, but I know something that is very real. For 2 years I have given this cleaners my money and now that I have a problem that needs to be resolved no one seems to know what is going on inside the store nor has the owner bothered to call me. Today is December 13th and not only do I not know where my clothes are, I don't know their condition or if I'm ever going to get them back. I'm starting to think the only way I will get a response is to call the news channels so.... stay tuned.a very disappointed, Mr. Jackson

My favorite jeans got some grass stains in them one dewy fall morning. I put cold water on the stains immediately, and soaked them with some stain-remover spray, but I didn't want to take the chance of washing
them myself and potentially allowing the stains to set in. I took them to Budget Dry Cleaners, thinking they'd be the most helpful in getting them out. I held my breath, and in a day, they called me. Turns out, they came out! I don't know if washing them regularly would've worked as well, but since they are my prized Diesel jeans, I wasn't going to risk it. Thanks for the great service, and I'll be back with future grass stains, I'm sure!
