Best pizza ever. I love the garlic sauce as well. I will be coming back as much as I can. I like pineapples on my pizza.

Papa Johns offers the best pizza I've had in some time. Their specialty pizzas are delicious and intriguing. The crust of their pizzas is soft and of a sort to inspire the appetite of even the non-crust eater.

This is, of course, a delivery/takeout sort of place, so they have no real front end or restaurant, although there were some people eating in when we picked up our order. Not much atmosphere that way, though. Takeout is definitely the way to go.

Their appetizers are great. At least, the chicken that we tried was great--all tender white meat. You can place and confirm your order totally online and pay by credit card--a wonderful convenience. We pressure-tested their ability to handle customization requests online by having them leave off the tomato slices from a specialty pizza. Score! They handled the request with the greatest of ease.

The pizza isn't cheap, especially with the specialty pizzas, but I think they're unique enough to warrant the premium price. Unwelcome, perhaps, is the presence of a makeshift tip jar when you go to pick up your takeout order. That never sits well with me because it always seems a little, well, beggy. But, that's just me...it's handy for those who feel inspired by the product, I guess.

PROS: The product is tremendous.
CONS: No real front end restaurant for eating in. Tip jar.
