Recently, I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ. I was impressed by the salesman, Shayne. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained all the Mylink features, to the point where I felt comfortable. He was knowledgeable with any questions or concerns that I had. Worst Experience EVER! Signed paperwork, changed my mind, was told too bad the car was mine and I was forced to purchase the vehicle. 6 weeks later my engine light and stabilizer was flashing saying it needed service ... was told need to pay to fix it and they will not pay for my rental car. Really, 6 weeks later? Was told it could be anything... exactly my point, it could be anything! Why am I responsible for it? Hykael, the general manager tried to brush me off the service department, they aren't the ones who sold me this car, it was you! I would never recommend anyone to Quirk, they are money hungry and don't care about their customers.... ever my salesman said so himself!!

I had been in communication with a Sales Consultant named Milton Corbin since September. I was finally able to make it in and he showed me a line of cars. He was great and encouraging. I had never been to dealership before where I wasn't pressured aggressively or attacked about buying a car at that moment, but Milton definitely brought a different attitude to the experience. Unfortunately, my uncle ended up going with a dealership in Georgia but I would recommend anyone to him if I knew anyone in the market for a car; and I don't even own a Chevy myself.

He was very patient even when the first truck we looked at had battery issues. On december 15 2010, i went to quirk chevrolet and i was surprised with how warm and nice me and my wife were treated. Quirk Chevrolet is huge; soon we got there we were impress with the size of the dealeship, huge shoowroom. we had as our sales person A. Gaspar . he was very good, he listened to our needs and founded exactly the tahoe we were loking for. Gaspar made everything so easy that we bought the vehicle and took home in about 3 hours. i don't like buying cars like most of the people but Gaspar and the sales manger made so easy, that a couldn't the deal resist. what can i say my new tahoe looks great in my drive way. thanks Quirk Chevrolet see you in 3 years.

The experience was pleasant enough when we first arrived. A salesman, named John greeted us and was very friendly. I told him that I was interested in a new 2010 Chevy Malibu. He got me the car that I was interested in to test drive. I fell in love with it. After I test drove the car, I told him that I was interested in purchasing the car. This is where the unpleasant experience came in. When it came to price, he started to play the usual games that car salesman and dealerships often play, the running back and forth to whoever they talk to and talk circles around you. When it came time to talk figures he gave us a figure that was way off. We asked him about the rebate that we know GM is offering. GM is offering $3,500 on all 2010 Chevy Malibu's for the month of October. He would not give us a straight answer. We asked him about incentives. He would not give us a straight answer. He basically said that where I wanted to be was way off and unreasonable. I knew that was not true because I did my research. Stuff he said just didn't make any sense. He was treating us like we were stupid. I said no to what he was offering. The next day, I got approved for financing from my bank. The price I was thinking of was in my range with the financing the bank offered. I called Quirk Chevy the next day and asked to speak with the finance manager. My friend said to just speak directly to the finance manager, not the salesperson because they are the ones that make the decision, not the salesman. The finance manager would not speak with me. He passed me on to John, the salesman I dealt with. I told John that if he could give me the price I was quoted from my bank, that he would have a deal. However, I did not tell him that I was approved. I wanted to see what he would come up with. He said that he would check and get back to me. He called me back within a 1/2 hour. Before he even gave me their price, he made it sound like he was doing me a favor on the price. The price was way off, it wasn't even close to what I was asking. I am not an unreasonable person, if he was off a little bit, I would have agreed. He was way off. I flat out said No. He then preceded to say the reasons why my price was unreasonable and that he just wanted to give me an education. I was quite insulted. I did not need an education because I had already done the research before I walked in on Thursday night and I also had the expert advice from my friend. Needless to say I did not buy a car from Quirk Chevy. However, I did buy my car from Best on Saturday. That was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.

Very attentive sales staff BEFORE you make your purchase. They are high pressure, so be aware of bait and switch tactics to push you toward a more expensive vehicle. sales staff was not honest in their dealings with us. Make sure everything you want is in writing, as sales staff will conveniently forget everything after the sale if it is not on paper. Never an outright lie, but they were very deceptive in their dealings with us. Salesman was always leaving to check with the manager to see if they could make the deal. We will never buy from them again. Once the sale is made, they have no more use for your business, and do not even have the courtesy to return phone calls or emails.

Dealership is clean, well staffed. Beware of bait and switch from advertised prices and vehicles. We found that the dealership will not abide by salesman's promises, so be sure to have EVERYTHING in writing. Their view is that is a promise the salesperson made, not the dealership. Sorry.
Will not recommend, will not buy from again.

The 2007 is noisier and more stiffly sprung. It is a basic Z06. The clutch requires strong thigh muscles. The red Corvette is an attention getter, but the black has a certain elegance.

Facility was easy to find. When we got there it was clear that there were plenty of options available on the lot. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted by Zeric, who was very nice and had answers for all our questions. We felt overwhelmed with so much to look at, but Zeric kept the environment very light and helped make the whole process a breeze! I would suggest going to Quirk for your next new car!

I would stay clear of this dealership.My salesperson was John J Greene.He was not interested in anything I had to say .Only concerned about his sales quota.I told him I was just looking to find out what a new Camaro would cost me.He ran a credit report without my permission and even lied to me .He said they would not run inquiry unless they had a deal.I never indicated I was interested in their financing nor did I take the car for a test drive.I gave him my SS# because He asked for it to get loan payoff for my possible trade.They have no integrity.Liars.I have bought 33 new and used vehicles and have never been treated this way. this happened 7/26/2010.I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with Attorney Generals office.

On April 18th, my wife and I went into Quirk Chevy in Braintree to buy a vehicle. Upon arrival we were shown a couple of cars and decided on a 2007 Saturn Vue. That day financing was rejected but on the 19th financing was finally accepted. We signed the appropriate forms for the loan agreement and so on and the sales agent, Tom Hunt, went to go get the title. But it soon was discovered there wasn??t one. We were told it would be a couple of days, but they still needed the title to my truck, which I handed over. The next day I got a call from the finance company looking for references, which I gave promptly and they were accepted. I then called the dealership every day for the next 4 days looking to see if the title had come in and was told by Tom that it would bee in within a week from that day. Curious I called the finance company and found out that the loan had been returned because they were missing information, and I might have to sign another agreement, which when presented with the news of this the dealership told me I would not have to. Exactly one week went by and the title finally came in, but upon every inquiry as to why it took so long they would not give me an answer, and then I was told I could not pick up the vehicle till Monday may 3rd because ??service was closed? . All the while I was still driving my truck and was still paying insurance on it which was twice as much as the insurance I got for the Vue. Upon arrival to pick up the car we were presented with another contract that was ??pre-dated? back to the 19th of April, and did not have the wrap-around warrantee we were given on the first contract. When we asked why we did not get the warrantee we were told that the finance company wouldn??t finance it. When we pressed the issue we were bullied and told by John in Finance, ??look the payment is lower and given your situation isn??t that better?? Every attempt was stonewalled to get more info, and eventually were told by him, ??Either take this or leave? Given our situation and the need for a 4 door vehicle to safely transport our daughter we signed it. The next day I called the finance company to see why they wouldn??t finance the loan and was told that the loan had been returned again. I was then advised by the representative to ask the dealership to set up a conference call with the local agent the dealership dealt with, when I did so the same ??John? told me that they simply re-submitted the original loan application and that it would still be straitened out in a day or so. I then asked for the conference call and was told that ??It would do no good? and that ??There was no need to be calling the finance company at all.? And as of today, May 6th, still have no idea of the status of the loan. Also the agreement and the sales agent told me that the vehicle was a 6 cylinder, when in fact it is a 4 cylinder. Two weeks of stress, frustration, manipulation, degradation, lying and bullying, as well as financial harm have left me angered. I signed a contract, which was not upheld. I still have the original contract and the new one with the same date on them even though I did not have ownership of the vehicle until May 3rd.

Buyer Beware! On September 27th , 2008, my son and his wife went to Quirk to look at vehicles. They were highly pressured to sign a contract and use financing from Quirk. When they got home they checked the Vin# on line and saw it was advertised for substantially less. At first Quirk lied and said the Web had made a mistake, then they said they did not have to honor the price on line and they could not get out of the contract.
My husband is an Attorney and finally they agreed to sell the car for the on line price. This price was higher than the Blue Book price, which they stated the Blue Book was wrong. They were forceful and rude. So, make sure you check the price of a car at their web site first. Also, they use a bait and switch tactic saying the car on line is no longer available for that price, but they can show you other vehicles. I would never do business there again---be careful of trickery--once you sign the dotted line, you can not and will not be allowed out of the econtract!

I would not recommend Quirk chevrolet for any service/repairs. When my check engine light came on, they said there was no major problem, but recommened replacing an oxygen sensor as maintance which I did; a week later when my cruise didn't work and I lost power to my stereo, they said it was a bad oxygen sensor (Yes, 1 week later after they supposedly replaced it); they said there was no problem with my stereo--- the CD player would not even turn on, making me think they did not even investigate the stereo complaint. I'd hate to leave my car in their hands if it had been a serious problem. The office staff were extremly rude and I felt like I was a burden to them. The shuttle service was free and the drivers very social, but a little slow with pick up times
