love it!! great atmosphere, charming staff, funky/cozy decor, live music at your own risk but boy I heard a fantastic duo play there last night - two Texans on acoustic guitar named the Rhythm Section - great harmonies; would love to hear them again.

Come by for the open mic, free old school video games and taste some delicious wines. The Duck Bill Blueberry port is delicious.

Since they started serving food a few months ago, I have spent every Saturday afternoon utilizing their wireless internet access, curled up on the old couches, sweating (a few more fans would bring this place closer to perfect.) The food's not great, but highly decent, the staff is wonderful and the sangria's rockin'. What's best about this place is its real neighborhood feeling, the dedication to local publications, live local music, even the wine and beer are made in New York. A good selection of loose teas and a backyard patio round it out -- oh, and it's less than a block from the train, if you don't live close enough to walk. I do!
