Ratings_icons Awesome, wait and wait staff suck

Amazing burgers...Try the Mayhem. Unbelievable. The waitress think they're hot and all you can say is "REALLY???" (if you like the chubby and tattooed type) But the food is UNBLIEVABLE.

Where else can you get a burger called "Lair of the Minotaur," piled high with carmelized onions, brie and bourbon soaked pears? This restaurant combines three of my favorite items-metal, great meat, and an excellent beer selection. I actually waited two hours, which is quite possibly the longest I have ever waited for a table at a restaurant. And it was well worth it.

Kuma's really does have the best burgers in the city. Juicy, thick, cooked up exactly how you want. I love just to get the basic Kuma burger with a fried egg on top, messy and gooey but so worth it. The music is too loud, the wait is too long, but the quality and thought put into it make everything worthwhile.

I have been going here since they opened, before they even had a liquor license. Now, of course, there's always a wait, but it is well worth it. The old stand-by, the Kuma burger, is out of this world, and now there are even more that can rock your world. Unfortunate for me, I can't get there like I used to because it is just too dang crowded (my kids don't wait), but if you haven't tried it-- GO. Simply the best burgers in the United States.

I finally went to the much-talked about Kuma's Corner a few days ago and I have to say, it blew my mind. Now, I don't say this lightly. I am from Nebraska and am very picky about my beef. But man, those burgers were out of control. Of their menu, half are dedicated to their burgers, all of which are named after metal bands. I had a "Judas Priest," a burger topped with bacon and bleu cheese dressing with apples, walnuts, and dried cranberries. It was really delicious, though my stomach is still dealing with the aftermath of the meal, as are the stomachs of my dining companions. =/ Still, it was well worth it. My beer-snob friends also were thrilled at the great beer selection offered. The only other downside of this place (aside from the indegestion) was the wait. There are only a handful of tables in Kuma's, so it is recommended to go early. I also heard that there is an outdoor seating area available during the summer. I will be back during the warmer months to check this out.
