I am in strong agreement with the comments below. Dr. Russo herself is absolutely terrific, Ann is acceptable, and the reception/billing area is terrible.

I love Dr. Russo, and she has been great. HOWEVER I never get to see HER. I always have to see her LESS THAN FRIENDLY nurse practitioner, Ann. She hardly responded to an infant who just started smiling, cooing, giggling, she acted like he wasn't even in the room. Disappointed in Ann.

If I was just rating Dr. Russo she would by far be 5 stars! However, the rest of the staff doesn't really cut it. The girls that sit at the front desk are more often times than not rather rude. I have family who quit going there because of this reason. Also, Ann the PA always looks grumpy and doesn't relate with the children. My kids love Dr. Russo! She is great, just needs to reconsider her staff.

Dr. Russo took care of my son while he was in the hospital after I delivered him because his doctor wasn't able to come to the hosptial. She was so good with my newborn son and came and talked to me daily about how he was doing and what I could expect with a newborn baby. She was so friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my son!

PROS: Friendly, caring, professional
CONS: none!
