Buchalter Warren L Md - Ear Nose & Throat Asthma

Buchalter prescribed a antacid medication for a severe sinus congestion. A month of phone calls to his office resulted in often idiotic replies from non-medical staff who gave contradictory answers as to what I was taking and why. I broke off all contact with this poorly run office. Buchalter has a haughty, arrogant tone. Avoid him at all costs.

Dr. Hamburger is a good doctor, but the office is very poorly run. We did not see him until an hour after the appointment time at two of our three visits. The office administrator is, at her warmest behavior, a bitter hag who lacks any ability to be caring or even civil. The patient rooms are disgustingly filthy, with cobwebs and grime on the walls, ceilings and floors.

I used this office for my son's newborn hearing screaning. The audiologist was very kind and patient with my children. She tried not to disturb my son for the test, and ince we had a hard time keeping my daughter quite for the test, she had to take a bit longer than needed with us. However, she never seemed bothered. Instead, she assured me that the test would get done, and we would do whatever it took to make it work.
