Not the greatest workplace. Only good thing is the benefits.. Low pay, no chance for advancement, minuscule raises, blatant favoritism and willful disregard of OSHA regulations..Unless you are friends or family, expect to be used up and releases for any reason.. Including following their own rules and procedures.
