Took my car for an oil change there on 7/21/12..i forgot to remove my Gps from the glove box. I noticed it was missing the next day. I always lock the car and park in a garage..therefore someone from the service department must have stolen it...not cool at all.

They sold me a honda civic two years ago. The radiator fluid leaked out and the engine siezed. Bob Howard Honda said they would only replace the bottom half of the motor because Honda covered that due to a FACTORY DEFECT. Everything else that failed because of the defect is my problem. $ 2000 dollars down the drain. I don' t recomend doing buisness with them. Period.

I bought a used 06 Odysey van about 6 months ago from the used Bob Howard Honda sales and it was the worst mistake ever. Arron Scott was the absolute biggest liar I have ever delt with in car sales. He delivered the van to me the night I bought it with the empty fuel light on and walked away before I saw it. He promised to give me two sets of head sets for the DVD player that he never delivered ( I had to approach him again several months after the fact when I brought the vehicle in for repairs...see further). He told me the tires had at least 30K miles left in them when I bought it, 2 flats later and less than 5K miles I bought new tires and was told I had no buisiness driving on them in the first place. The windshield fins on the side flew off the first weekend I had it and had to be replaced. The brakes squeeked since I bought it, I returned it twice to the dealer to investigate and they assured me " nothing was wrong' and "hondas just sqeek". They miraculously stopped squeeking for 2-3 days after each visit even though Jeremy the shop guy assured me they did nothing to the car.....whatever. $300 later at another repair shop I got the brakes fixed. Most recently, the battery cable corroded and needed replaced. I voiced all these complaints and they did little good. I think they literally just resold a vehicle without ever looking at it too see what kind of shape it was in. They did repair the battery cable after I told all of this to the used car manager. His response regarding all the problems was "Well we need to communicate better with what our sales guys tell and promise people, and how well our shop checks out the used cars before we put them on the lot" SERIOUSLY???? The service department manager even tried to get on to me for being upset about all of this. Beyond these things, the sales and service people were very unprofessional, misleading, and rude to me and my wife. I will never buy from Bob Howard anything again, and hope others heed the warning from my unfortunate experiences. I have never seen a car lot sell cars in such poor shape and accept zero responsibility for it after the sale.

I just purchased a 2008 Honda CRV EXL yesterday...only today to have a dead battery today. I had to wait an hour and a half for roadside assistance and he informed me that Bob Howard sold me a 4 yr old vehicle with a very old battery that is clearly no good. It's the original Honda battery that is 4 yrs old! I had to run the CRV for 45 minutes to recharge it and it ruined my plans for the evening. I drove to the dealershi[p and the used car manager Jay Moore was incredibly rude, unprofessional, hostile and horrible. He refused to put in a new battery and told me to come back Monday. He wanted to give me a dirty used car to drive until Monday that probably would have had another dead battery and refused to even give me a new car = reliable vehgicle to drive until then. When I said I wanted the name of the general manger - he refused to give it to me and I had to demand his name as well.
I am so very upset and sorry that I ever did business with Bob Howard. They also wanted to keep my car and not return it until Tuesday. I told him that would not work as I have to return to work after Labor Day and he gave me a very hostile look and threw up his hands becaue I have to work. I have never been treated this badly and unethically in my life. The car has the original Honda battery that is 4 years old and they were even trying to lie about that when I showed it to them. Also - now the radio, CD player and GPS dont work either!!!! :-( I am very disgusted and upset and at this point, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Bob Howard for any type of vehicle.

They looked at it with a radio shack magnafying glass and said they saw dust particles in the scratch and they couldn't have done it!!! Dennis Davis and Jeff Salamat are criminals!!! I contacted Honda. We'll see what happens next

We had spent 2 weeks car shopping. After ruling out many vehicles we finally got to Bob Howard Honda. Our salesman, Alvin Metcalf, was wonderful. No pressure, no pushing to a more expensive vehicle, no hounding phone calls. After 3 days we finally made the decision to purchase our Honda Element. We called Alvin, he had our vehicle clean, full of gas and even threw in free window tinting! This was the most painless car purchase I had ever made. We highly recommend this dealership.

When i got there we picked out a car. We walked around a car inside to keep out of the weather, we went through the entire car as she explained everything about it and answered all of my questions. Then she pulled the car we picked out up to the front of the building so I did not have to walk all the way out there in the cold for the test drive. After that i decided this would be the car I would feel safe putting my family in not to mention the great gas mileage. I am now a proud owner of the New Honda Civic EX for under 20K. :D Misty Stays in touch and keeps making sure I am still happy with my new car.

Through I didn't buy from them. It was a good experience last time I visited. Very friendly manager, and price negotiation was easy and up front. I did not buy from them just because I decided to use a closer dealer. For those who are looking for new or used cars, use this dealer or at least give them a visit.
