Regal Stageways Limousine

I think they are great...we had a wonderful time with an all-day winery tour, and they were reasonable! We spent the day in Litchfield county on one the few days without rain this year.

I called around looking for price quotes for my daughter's wedding and was very happy with the way I was treated at Regal Stageways. I was shocked to find that when I spoke to other companies I was treated like I was bothering them. It was really bad, like they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. So, I can tell you this will not happen if you call Regal.

These dudes were the greatest! I am so glad we used them for our trip to Mohegan Sun. They were the only company that even bothered to answer their phone on a Sunday afternoon and I'm so happy they did. Their prices are good and they have the coolest drivers!

I would have to say after using Regal Stageways for the first time, they just have to be the nicest company I have ever dealt with. I have used a number of different services and these people are as friendly and helpful as they could be. They don't seem irritated to answer the phone like so many do! I would use them again without a doubt.

I booked this limo for my daughter's prom and I have to say they were just as nice as can be. She had a great time along with her friends at the Aquaturf. We were very pleased with Regal and would use them again in the future.

This company was absolutely fantastic. They did the best job and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The driver was super.
Good prices also and they were very flexible with our schedule that changes several times.

This limo company is the best for the money compared to other companies i've used. They are RELIABLE and I wish I could say that for some others. I came into JFK at 2:00 AM after my flight was delayed for hours, and there was my driver from Regal waiting there for me! GREAT!!

The people at Regal have absolutely the BEST prom packages! They also don't have a lot of stupid rules like the other companies like only 2 stops and other stuff. We will use them again for this year's prom also.

I've been using these guys for a number of years and I have to say that they probably try harder than most. They actually care! They're on time even if there's bad weather or traffic. Always a great experience.

When I made a reservation with Lindsey Limousine, I figured I was all set. Then 2 days before my event, they called me to say they were overbooked. Of course, this was after they charged my credit card. Not only did it take weeks for them to issue my credit, but they were nasty on top of it. I called everywhere and most didn't answer the phone so I left messages, but no one called back. Regal was the only one who answered the phone and was able to provide service for my husband's birthday. The whole day was great.

I have used this company 3 times now and couldn't be happier with them. They have always been on time and they are always a little cheaper than others I have used. Don't confuse them with Regal limousine from southern CT. I think that's who these other people are complaining about.

Buyer beware, do your research. This company should not be in the customer service business. The owner/dispatcher is aggressive, intimidating and extremely rude and threatening (after he has taken your money). They did not show on time, told us they had no limo on the evening of the event after we had paid almost $600 dollars!!! They finally showed up in a broken down towncar to take my son and his date to the prom. They were over an hour picking them up from the prom, in a filthy broken down limo and different driver. The driver was very rude and intimidating to the kids and in the end we had to pick them up and bring them home. Please stay away from this company!!!!

I was quoted one price and after 2 attempts to get written documentation I received a response with a price higher than my original quote. When I questioned the change (with 3 emails and 2 phone calls) I could not get a response. Finally I cancelled and went to another limo company. After sending written conformation of my cancellation they responded with an extremely rude email. Stay away from this company. They are not honest.
