On phone very nice and told us they would get us the touring pilot. Once we got there completely different story. Chris Wilkins sales manager has worst customer service and annoyed we didn't want a 2WD when we clearly stated we were there

I have always had great experiences with Bel Air Honda., from getting the oil changed, to the driver of the shuttle service. I also had a great experience with returning my lease. Mike Dowdy was a great help and answered all my questions.

Schaefer & Strohminger in parkville sold us a car w/out disclosing that it was in an accident which is illegal in MD. S&S would not buy the car back despite their illegal sale. The car had leaked water into the trunk and starting growing mold. This was while my pregnant fiance was driving it.

Would not recommend at all.

I took my car into the Schaefer & Strohminger Honda of Bel Air for an oil change. I had a coupon for $14.99...WHAT A GREAT DEAL. I always hear people complain about the service received at the dealership, but I had a very pleasant experience and it was fairly priced. I would return.

Getting you car serviced is never fun, but Bel Air Hondas ample space, including a fully stocked playroom for kids, makes waiting a lot more pleasant.

I had a very positive experience buying a car there, but the service dept. is lacking. Example, waiting an hour for a scheduled oil change. Once my car had two recalls to be fixed, the stearing and gas tank. They lost about of quarter of a tank of gas switching gas tanks and left the stearing with air in the lines. When I took it back (immediately), they said it wasn't possible that those things happened. When the mechanic came out, he confirmed both, but they still didn't do anything about it. I don't think they would have done this to my husband.

We have had a Honda for more than 10 years, and it still runs great. It rarely needs service, just the standard maintenace, but we use S&S Honda for both. They have done a great job.

Quick, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dependable. Good customer service, never rude or rushed. Yet we are never standing around waiting, either. We've never been led astray with mistakes or been told we needed work done that was not actually needed. They don't seem to mind if they recommend something that you decide you can do at home yourself.

A very nice place to do business.

They are very good about estimating how much time the repairs or maintenance will take and the waiting area is comfortable and has a television as well as many magazines. The waiting area also has very good gourmet coffee at no charge. You can choose from many flavors of coffee and each cup is individually brewed. If your car is going to be tied up for a long time, they will even take you to work and drop you off if you work within a certain distance from the dealership. The service staff are good at explaining things to you and they never really 'push' the repairs on you. They give you the information and let you make the decisions.
