When I went to purchase my Odyssey, I couldn't get a price for the vehicle. They just kept giving me payment amounts, so I told them I'd get back to them. I went home, keyed in the payment amounts and interest rates they told me and found that I would be getting charged WAY ABOVE MSRP. Ridiculous.
They did call me to follow up, and I called them on it. They then backpedalled and said that they were calling to tell me that they made a mistake. They finally gave me a price and an interest rate, so I could do my own calculating.
I got the car because they did give me a decent deal after being called on the carpet.

waited forever to simply buy a car, I mean I was there for 6 hours. By the time the sales person had to go and keep asking his Manager to get the answer for each question it took for ever. Slow and bad.

My husband and I were both in the market for new cars. After shopping around we ended up here. It took us practically a whole day to come to the right deal, but we drove out of there with two new cars at prices we wanted to pay. It was an exhausting procedure, but everyone won in the end. They are also wonderful as far as maintenance goes. It's easy to get and appointment and everything goes smoothly. I would recommend checking out Burns Honda if you're in the market for a new car.

I am a repeat customer of Burns Honda. The sales staff at Burns are very professional and not pushy at all. I worked with Linda Lewis twice and she is an absolute doll, both times Linda answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns. I feel that was able able to get a very good price on both occasions. I also take my car to Burns for service and have always been happy with the customer service. I highly recommend Burns Honda!

From the minute I stepped into the showroom at Burns Honda, I was treated politely and respectfully. Bob took the time to explain all my options and then walked with me through the lot until I found the exact car that I wanted. The gentleman in the finance department was courteous and completed all the paperwork promptly. All in all it was a great experience. We initially visited Burns Honda to look at the Honda Odyssey. Mike, our saleman was very accomodative to our schedule and our concerns about the vehicle. The support staff was friendly and helpful, even watching our children while Mike took us out for a test drive. Before leaving the dealership, we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Anthony. After our visit, Mike followed up with periodic phone calls to understand where we were in our decision to purchase. We ultimately decided that the Accord would better suit our needs. Again Mike met with us, spoke to us about the vehicle, and took us for a test drive. While his interest to close the deal was apparent, at no time did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. When we were ready to purchase, we collected internet pricing from several local dealers. We returned to Burns Honda, where Tony joined our negotiation. He was able to match our best offer and we drove our new car home that day. When the new registration documents were received, Mike called, and I was able to pick them up on my way home from work. Overall, Mike and Tony made the process painless and straightforward. The only drawback to the entire experience was an underestimation of the amount of time that was required to prep the vehicle. Notwithstanding this criticism, I have no reservations about recommending Burns Honda to others. We are now a two Accord family, and expect to enjoy our new Accord for many years to come.

I am a long time service customer of Burns Honda and have purchased my last 3 Accords from their dealership. On Saturday 24, 2009 having an oil change done on my 2006 Accord through their express service, while the oil change was being completed I wondered into Burns Honda's showroom with very low pressure. I was pleastly greeted by a greeter her name was Christine she was so helpful along with an extremely busy showroom she went out of her way to find my a salesperson to help me in fact she even offered me some coffee and popcorn she made me feel like I was at home. Joey Nahama was the salesperson that Christine had assist me he was so professional in every way from when he greeted me to the best demo ride I have ever went on Joey illustrated some things on the new accord that immediatly sparked my interest again with low pressure I told Joey about 5 times that I am not buying a car today and that I would talk to my wife about the new Accord but In the back of my mind I loved the car, when we came back from the demo ride Joey and I walked though the inventory of Accords it seemed endless but Joey with his experience and knowledge of the lot knew where the car I wanted was that is what I call a great salesperson to know where the car I was interested in was with about 300 Accords on the lot is pretty impressive to me and I commend him for that. After I found the car I liked (loved) I still wasn't ready yet to buy a new car in fact I feel the car I have now only has 18000 miles on it is still like new, but I really like the new body style and it is a bigger car. About 35 minutes went by and my beeper went off telling me my oil change is complete it is a great process the thing they give you is like you are out to dinner at Friday,s waiting to get seated talk about express service again I was impressed. Part of me just wanted to go pay for my oil change and go talk to my wife about the car but Joey was so kind and gave me so much good infomation about the new car that in reallity I didn't need a new car but the new Accord had some features that I really wanted on my old one that I can get now so I decided to sit down with Joey and go over some numbers to trade my Accord in on a new one. He had my car appraised and I was surprised that my Accord held it's value that much and he gave me a fair discount on the new Accord but I had to ask for a little more he talked to the managers Mr. Schwartz and He decided that I religiously have bought and serviced all my cars at Burns Honda that they will make my deal happen John Schwartz even took care of my oil change on my old car. I believe that Burns Honda went over and above to make me happy and when I pulled up at home with the new Accord my wife loved it. I have been coming to Burns Honda for about 12 years when I was taking delivery of my new Accord it was funny I guess the general manager Jim Mccormick must have noticed my name in the computer cause he personally thanked me for my business. They run a dealership the way a dealership should be run very customer service oriented thanks again for all your help Burns Honda see you on my next purchase.

I live in the area and am treated like a vip every time I go in for service. I am greeted promptly and by friendly happy people that really seem to care not only about my car but help in anyway they can. You can wait in the nice waiting area with computer workstations or watch the plasma tv. Sometimes I will even take the courtesy shuttle--the drivers are entertaining. Once I even rented a car, they had it on site and gave me a new Accord to drive for the day. I can say I actually enjoy the time spent while thay take care of my baby civic.

My 2004 Accord EX has been well taken care of by Burns Honda. The service department is one of a kind. I have 126,000 miles on it and have never had any problems with it.
