This small mexican restaurant was once a Ms. Winner's place. It is very close to downtown and their prices are unbeatable for this kind of food. The service has never been bad and I have never had to wait a long time to get a seat. The lunch menu is especially great if you are limited with time. They also have a .99 margarita night. I have been here often and it is always clean, including the restrooms.
