I suspect the reviews of Bonefish Grill were supplied by their employees. They are too ecstatic in their praise for FROZEN seafood. The Bang-Bang shrimp are good, but everything else is just so-so (or worse). We dined there on Sunday. I had the Tempura lobster tail; the batter was greasy and the lobster was absolutely tasteless. Our server was friendly but seemed indifferent to the fact we did not enjoy the food. He can be excused for his attitude of resignation; I imagine most customers of BG have the same experience we did.

Pros: Mediocre food; seafood is FROZEN
Cons: Courteous wait staff
I noticed that a few people put down the long waits as a con... But just wanted to let you know that Bonefish Grill DOES take reservations well in advance!

Pros: service & food
Cons: none...
After a wonderfully full weekend, I topped it off by going to Bonfish with 7 other people. Our server Jeremiah was great and the food was delicious. They are a little heavy handed with the salt but other than that I enjoyed my dinner! The fish was extremely fresh and the house wine was even good. I tasted the spicy appetizer shrimp (citysearch wont let me use the real word LOL)and cant wait to go back and order it for my self.

I have been to Bonefish Grill 4 times now, and even though it's pricey, it is my absolute favorite restaurant of all times. Unfortunately because of the price, I only get to go for special occasions. However, the food is most certainly worth the price - best food I've ever had!! The Bang-Bang Shrimp is very spicy, but unbelievably delicious. My boyfriend goes nuts over the Eggrolls (Southwestern Chicken, I believe). I always order whatever special they have that includes the Imperial topping, and I have yet to go wrong with that (it's especially scrumptious on light, white, flaky fish). Their Au Gratin potatoes are loaded with several different kinds of cheese, and they are melt-in-your-mouth GOOD! My boyfriend actually ordered a very seasonal soft-shell crab special (only available a few weeks out of the year) and ended up hating it. He didn't say anything about it, but the server was quick to notice a full plate and offered to get him something else free of charge, but my boyfriend being the proud man he is, told him he was fine. A manager then came over to the table and told him that he wouldn't be charged for the crabs because he didn't want him to pay for something that he wasn't satisfied with (nothing wrong with them, he just didn't like the flavor - soft shell crab has a different flavor than regular crab). We weren't going to make a fuss at all about this, but I thought it was fantastic of the manager to offer to do that. Now for dessert......Their Creme Brule is the best I've ever had anywhere, but my favorite dessert is the Macadamia Nut Brownie with Ice Cream (usually served with raspberry sauce, but I ask them to leave that off) - you will end up having dreams about this dessert - it's THAT good! Also, it's HUGE, so I suggest just ordering one to split with your sweetie! Bonefish is very pricey (from a cheapskate college student standpoint, anyway!), but this is one restaurant where I can actually say that the price is well worth it.

Pros: Great service, knowledgeable staff, great management, calm (but warm) atmosphere, the most spectacular food around
Cons: Price, sometimes there can be a lengthy wait for a table (but well worth the wait!)
I love Bonefish's shrimp appetizer. I order it everytime I go. A must try!
I also love the ambiance (very romantic) a great place to go when its just the two of you without the kids

The first BoneFish I visited was in Gulfport, MS, and I was thoroughly impressed. The appetizers are amazing, and if you go at happy hour, the drink specials make having a drink and dinner very affordable! I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out in a pleasant and interesting atmosphere. Helpful and attentive staff and clever dish selections make it an evening to remember. Enjoy!

Although owned by Outback Steakhouse, the food at this restaurant is impeccible with a very good variety of fresh seafood. the service is wel labove average. Strongly recommend a reservation on weekends as the waits can exceed 2 hours. As a planned night out, this restaurant is tops in Cool Springs.
