My family and I love el Puente. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is always good and hot. The menu has a great selection with excellent combination meals. I love their lunch specials and it's reasonably priced. Their smoking section is at the front of the restaurant and you must pass it to get to the non-smoking, but once you are there, I've never had a problem with it.
