First time, they will probably give u appt right away. As they dont want to loose a customer. and they know for sure that nobody returns, so they try to do as much as they can on the first visit ...may be ven spend 3-4 hrs.

My case, I never had even a tooth ache before. I went for genral check up and to get scaling done. I am a physician and I had so many dentist friends, who did scaling for me over the yrs and never mentioned anything about a cavity.
So, one dentist comes, checks up and says , u might have a cavity, so lets do x-rays. They do X ray, comes back and says ...there is a 2 mm cavity ( which is well above the cut off to call it a cavity). Convincec me, saying that if I dont have it filled at this stage it will become a cavity. Since its a preventive procedure, they said it ill be paid for by my insurance.

As I didnt feel the need, I told them that I would only get it done if its completely covered, otherwise i will go to my dental friend. They cjhecked with my insurance, says its covered and did it. The procedure was done so horribly I have pain now all the time. I later found out that they over filled the cavity and the pain is form non alignment.

Worst part comes, they decided to charge me 600 more after my insurance paid 1500 and never contacted me to pay the bill. They passed it debt collection , without even contacting me. tHE debt collection, sent a letter out to my old address and since there was no response, put itup on my credit report.

Well, what can I say...pls dont go there, even for scaling.

Cons: Everything

This place is horrible. I have no idea why I stayed with them for so long...probably because it was convenient and they accepted my insurance. First of all, they are not ethical. I actually caught them red handed trying to give me a crown I didn't need. One dentist advised I needed two crowns. When I went to have the work done by the oral surgeon (who acted like a neo-Nazi) I was advised I only needed one. When I addressed it with the dentist, she was embarrassed and agreed I only needed one crown i.e. " oral rape". In the past I was also given a night guard for allegedly grinding my teeth. It cost a fortune even out of pocket...turns out I don't grind my teeth! Other than these two specific unethical experiences, it's common to wait at least an hour to be seen. Even if you're the first appointment of the day, you'll wait for a half hour minimum. Another thing is if your last apt. was over a year ago, they won't give you a cleaning at the same time as you exam without a big fight. One experience that really upset me was overhearing a senior citizen in the next room who was denied a teeth cleaning because she couldn't pay the exhorbitant fee they wanted to charge her for the dental work. She was begging for the only thing she could afford which was a cleaning and all they did was shove bank loan agreements in her face. It was the saddest thing I ever saw. They had no compassion whatsoever. This place deserves to go out of business asap.

This office absolutely screwed everything up. They gave me an appointment for 11 am for a crown and then I waited an hour past my appointment time till I was seen. The dentist also had another patient in the chair next to mine and kept running over to that chair doing something for another patient during the time he was supposed to be seeing me. When the dentist finally finished with me he put a temporary crown on my tooth until the permanent crown could be put on. 4 weeks later the permanent crown finally came in. My temporary crown was very uncomfortable the whole time!! It had rough, jagged edges. Well, I thought my ordeal was finally over. They put in the permanent crown which at the time seemed to be ok. The tooth still was bothering me though! I went back later and they told me everything was fine and it should start to feel better. It didn't. I finally gave up and went to another dentist. They told me that the crown had been done improperly and it had "open margins", which I guess means it isn't fitting to the tooth the way it should. I had to pay out of pocket to have it redone because my insurance had already been charged for it. I would never go to this office again! Stay away!!

I went to this dental office for the first time because it was conveniently on my way home. I would not recommend it to ANYONE: they changed my appointment 3 times, and when I finally did get in, the staff "forgot" about me (oops) and I waited for almost 2 hours in the chair for the dentist to come check me out. I ended up having to go seek someone out and that's when I found out I'd been "forgotten." When the dentist did come, she insisted on putting resin on a tooth in the back which was sensitive. I didn't understand the procedure so I had some questions, which she scoffed at ("what's the matter, it's like you're scared or something!") She convinced me it was covered by my insurance and it was totally routine. Then, she put the resin on WITHOUT even cleaning my teeth first! I hope there's not gunk stuck under the permanently hardened material.
To top it all off, a couple of weeks after I received a bill...for 100s of dollars...from my insurance company for the procedure. As it turns out, it wasn't something routinely covered by them. I had to dispute it. What a mess! Don't go here; or if you do because of the convenience, I hope you have a better experience than I did.
