Immediadent

I had a great experience with Immediadent. I was in excrutiating pain and Dr. Gibson fixed my problem right away. The staff is very professional and I didn't have a long wait. I have recommended Immediadent to ALL of my assoicates and friends. Thanks Immediadent!!!!

First of all.... this is an urgent dental care... just like a urgent care for any medical emergency you would go to.. of course there will most likely be a wait. This is a very GOOD dentist office. They are there for emergencies and unlike any of your private dentist offices, they are open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm. Which is why they are so busy sometimes. Give them a break on wait times. You have to understand that they see alot of patients every day and for the walk ins they have no idea what the treatment is going to be. So rather a patient needs a filling, an extraction or a root canal, they don't know. This is why they get behind in seeing patients. PLEASE understand this. They are there to help you and that is what they want to do. No matter how long you may have to wait and if you are in excrutiating pain, you will wait to be seen, please wait patiently. Thank you!!!

Immediadent was below average and I only went there on the weekend when I was not able to see a real dentist. The wait was long and the service not very friendly. The issue was misdiagnosed so a complete waste of time and money. Ashley I wonder if you even realize you are the most ignorant sounding person on this web site? I would rather work at White Castle and be on welfare then to spend a day thinking like you. Anyway, I would not recommend this company.

I HATE going to the dentist, and have been known to avoid the experience longer than I should. I have been to Immediadent in Worthington twice now and in my experience, Dr. Baldwin and all the staff have been incredible - professional, friendly, and attentive to my concerns. They were also good with my daughter (10 yrs old).

I went to Immediadent last night for an excruciating pain in my bottom left tooth. I arrived there at about 7:20pm and I was seen by a "dentist" about 8:30pm. The dentist I saw was named Adam; he seemed like a very nice man and after reviewing my x ray he stated my pain was from grinding my teeth at night. He said keep taking Advil and it should clear itself up in about a week or so...kind of like when you have a minor sprain which heals itself. Well, I have had a tooth infection before and this was worse than last time. So I immediately called my dentist on the way home and he was able to get me in this morning and took an x ray and found I had an abscess. He gave me a script and now I am scheduling a root canal. I was very apprehensive to go to Immediadent because I figured they might mis diagnose what was going on and I was right. Please urge everyone you know not to go there. It was a waste of time and money!

I was seen at immediadent in worthington and I feel the dentist was not very compassionate when it comes to patients. I was given Novocaine and left to watch tv for almost THREE hours before the dentist started to work on me. They paid no attention me saying that the medicine was starting to wear off and I was not completely numb. The whole process was very uncomfortable. I couldn't help but flinch in pain because of the cold water and drilling on my already hurting tooth. When I did flinch or complain, the dentist just barked orders at me to "be still" "move your tongue" and sighed like she was the way being hurt! I felt they were very rude and not understanding. I'll admit I'm not the best at handling pain but I have NEVER that much trouble during a dental procedure. I have additional work to be done on the same tooth but I will not be going back there.

Whoever you are, you obviously have more issues than you state in your review. You sound like a whiny baby that doesn't get their' way and probably get your bills paid for by welfare anyhow. I've been a dental patient for years and will now go there and no where else. They are very professional, with a relaxed customer-friendly atmosphere. If you're going to post a review on the internet, you should really use spell-check or learn to read something back before you submit it. From trying to decipher your post, I come to this conclusion; you say this is affecting your job, but how hard is to work the drive-threw at White Castle? From your spelling, grammar and misuse of words, there's no way and you can have a decent job.I LOVE IMMEDIADENT AND THE STAFF THAT'S THERE!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN : I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED ST YOUR FACILITY IN WORTHINGTON OH. I AM IN SEVERE PAIN FROM AN EXTRACTION AND THEY ARE DISCOUNTING THE FACT THAT I HURT VERY BADLY. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME MOTRIN (STATING THAT IT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF AA MAJORITY OF MY PAIN) AND A SMALL RX FOR LORTAB. 5/500. IT IHELPS BUT NOT ENOUGH. I AM NOT SLEEPING WELL AND I AM NOT HARDLY ABLE TO OPEN MY MOUTH. IT IS MY SUBLIMATION THAT THE DENTIST THERE WAS NO COMPASSION NOR DO THEY HAVE THE REASONABLE JUDGMENT THAT IT TAKES TO UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL PTS ARE THE SAME. I HURT AND THAT IS ALL I KNOW. I HAVE HAD TEETH PULLED IN THE PAST AND I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE GETTING PAIN RELIEF. THE DENTIST ARE USUALLY MORE THAN HAPPY TO MAKE SURE THAT I AM COMFORTABLE. I HAVE TOBE ABLE TO SPEKA CLEARLY IN THE JOB THAT I PERFORM AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN SLEEPING AND NOT EATING CORRECTLY IS EFFECTING MY JOB. I ALSO TOLD THE DR (BALDWIN ) THAT I HAVE ULCERS AND HE STATED JUST TAKE THE IBUPROPHEN WITH A MILK SHAKE. . PLEASE ASSIST IN GETTING ME PROPER PAIN RELIEF.
