I recently went into Rinns pharmacy and because of how my insurance was filed it took over an hour to fill my prescription. I did not complain, but asked why it was taking so long. I was told by the cashier and the insurance clerk that they were trying to get it straight. I appreciated the service although it made the pharmacy personnel late in leaving. Mind you I was there way before they were to close. Approximately an hour or more and I waited. Tonight I came in to pick up two prescriptions. When I arrived, after calling them in yesterday, there was only one prescription. No call to let me know there was a problem on filling the other one. Due to a mix up at another pharmacy, which I cleared up in just a few minutes by phone, they did not fill my prescription or call me to let me know they could not fill it until I arrived. Then the pharmacist, a little petite woman with short black hair, proceeds to tell me it was now 10 minutes before 6 and she was leaving at 6pm and I had kept her late the time before and she would be out of the pharmacy by 6pm. She was so rude in the way she said it, hateful in fact. I then said I was sorry but I did not deserve to be talked to that way. I did nothing to her and they did not call me to advise me of the problem with the prescription so I was just finding out. She then said well you kept us late last time and I am out of here by 6pm tonight. I told her she had no right to be hateful to me as I had done nothing. She then proceeds to tell me I have no idea what kind of day she has had and she had already cussed out the employees earlier that day. I would dare say they will not get my business or referral again. In fact the opposite. The truth will hurt more and I shall tell the truth as I have now. If that is customer service I want none of it. Needless to say I did not give them my business. I will go elsewhere. They got to keep the other prescription as well.
