This place is awful. Never take your car there unless you want to overpay for work they will not be done right. I had to take my car back three times just because they never did the work right. Then everytime I brought it in my car came out having more problems and they always said it wasn't there fault. Wrotten business practices

Unbelievable, unconscionably wicked business practices. AVOID. I will complain to the Better Business Bureau and more. (And never let your trade-in car out of your sight at ANY dealership. But especially avoid THIS dealership.) I'm a mix of anger and disbelief. :(

I haven't had problems for two years. Then my car got older and I started having problems. The service center recommended unnecessary work, and then misdiagnosed a problem, which ended up costing me alot of money. It also created a new problem. The service coordinator refused to take responsibility for the problem, and then the manager refused to get on the phone and discuss the matter with me or even return my phone calls. My car is now broken, thanks to them, and they want no part in fixing it. This complaint is not going to end here. I am shocked that these are "Honda" people.

When out searching for a new minivan this was our first stop. It is the closest dealer to our house but not the best dealerhip around. They didn't have as much in stock as the other dealerships and weren't as great about customer service. When we went over to have our first test drive of a van we pulled up, got out and started looking into the windows of the cars just outside the dealership's windows. We waited 10 minutes before my husband started searching for someone to help us. I guess they were all on a break? The person that came was helpful, but not overly enthusiastic or eager to sell us a car so we left and got our internet quotes from a couple other dealerships nearby.

The service manager at the service center- John Kubow is excellent. I would recommend to anyone having a problem to look him up. The location is very convenient and they seem very focused on making sure my Honda will make it on Georgia 400!

I am a 2 honda family. One of the cars was bought from Honda Craland on Alpharetta HWY. They are great. Then they opened a convenient service location in Unicorporated Fulton. I have found it difficult to get appointments here. TWice they have not had the part I needed in stock . One of those times I was 7 months pregnant and had to sit in their facility for over four hours before they told me this. I find the main location a friendlier and more efficient operation. We now drive a little further to go there.
PROS: Convenient location
CONS: parts not fully stocked, difficult to get appointments

As far as the HONDA Servicing is concerned, they are OK. They would like to blame people i eman customers to their own mistakes.
Recomendations are incorrect. They had me almost change my tires and battery, which lasted for 2 more years and battery is still running great.
