The customer service was wonderful! After having a Nissan for years, I won't go back. The service at Honda Carland Svc Ctr was superb in comparison. You felt as welcomed as if you were walking into a relative??s home. I am so happy to be a Honda girl again!

Worst Honda Dealer

Today I have been here to look for new Civic, The response from the sales rep was to bad, the time we meet him do sent even care to show the vehicle, The sales rep was in way that when we meet him he was looking in a such a way that when would we leave the showroom. On the same day i have gone to another honda dealer, where he has take full care of us and got a good deal. I only want say go for Honda but never go to this dealer.

What a fabulous place! I just moved hear from South Carolina, and I can't say enough... my wife got a dead battery at the house... I was out of town on business. They sent someone over, determined it was the battery, and replaced it at my house... we 2 have young kids, and it was a huge deal in my household. I will tell all 2 of my friends here in Atlanta.

I miss Jonathan, If he were still working at Honda Carland this would of never happen.Jonathan was my service advisor for 3yrs.I realize the economy is having hard times but there is never an excuse to take advantage of one situation.Laid off 2yrs ago from a major airlines,still kept up with my oil change and minor maintance.I came in to gat an oil chg and Keith to to up sell on some maintance.I advise him I am only working part-time.He wanted to to give me a free oil change.I said thank you.While I was waiting for the oil change,he and his tech wanted to sell me a hybrid battery.I just bought one less than a year ago.They told me my battery was failing and It will die out any day.I decided not to pay for it.I did not have any symptoms of a failing battery.The next day after my oil chang I heard some extreme loud cracking noise from the front driver side of my car.Long story short. I was quoted $1,080 to look at the symptoms,then the tech told me $4,000-$6,000 for a new barrings kit or $3,000 for a used barring kit.Then Keith told me" no, I said $1800.After being upset over the rise in cost.Service supervisor said you can have your car back for $500 not fix. I wanted to find out what was wrong with my car, willing to give my mortgage money in place of getting my car fix ,so I can go back and forth to work.Remember I only work part time.I was willing to pay $1,080 to get my car fix.I am without my car.Honda Carland of Alpharetta still has my car.I am begging to borrow a car from family memebrs and renting a car.I just want my car back.This is not the end.BBB,Honda Corporate Office orSmall claims court. I know prayer works and I know the the life of a Honda Civic Hybrid is not over at 180000 miles.

This place is awful. Never take your car there unless you want to overpay for work they will not be done right. I had to take my car back three times just because they never did the work right. Then everytime I brought it in my car came out having more problems and they always said it wasn't there fault. Wrotten business practices

Unbelievable, unconscionably wicked business practices. AVOID. I will complain to the Better Business Bureau and more. (And never let your trade-in car out of your sight at ANY dealership. But especially avoid THIS dealership.) I'm a mix of anger and disbelief. :(

I haven't had problems for two years. Then my car got older and I started having problems. The service center recommended unnecessary work, and then misdiagnosed a problem, which ended up costing me alot of money. It also created a new problem. The service coordinator refused to take responsibility for the problem, and then the manager refused to get on the phone and discuss the matter with me or even return my phone calls. My car is now broken, thanks to them, and they want no part in fixing it. This complaint is not going to end here. I am shocked that these are "Honda" people.

When out searching for a new minivan this was our first stop. It is the closest dealer to our house but not the best dealerhip around. They didn't have as much in stock as the other dealerships and weren't as great about customer service. When we went over to have our first test drive of a van we pulled up, got out and started looking into the windows of the cars just outside the dealership's windows. We waited 10 minutes before my husband started searching for someone to help us. I guess they were all on a break? The person that came was helpful, but not overly enthusiastic or eager to sell us a car so we left and got our internet quotes from a couple other dealerships nearby.

The service manager at the service center- John Kubow is excellent. I would recommend to anyone having a problem to look him up. The location is very convenient and they seem very focused on making sure my Honda will make it on Georgia 400!

I am a 2 honda family. One of the cars was bought from Honda Craland on Alpharetta HWY. They are great. Then they opened a convenient service location in Unicorporated Fulton. I have found it difficult to get appointments here. TWice they have not had the part I needed in stock . One of those times I was 7 months pregnant and had to sit in their facility for over four hours before they told me this. I find the main location a friendlier and more efficient operation. We now drive a little further to go there.

PROS: Convenient location
CONS: parts not fully stocked, difficult to get appointments

As far as the HONDA Servicing is concerned, they are OK. They would like to blame people i eman customers to their own mistakes.
Recomendations are incorrect. They had me almost change my tires and battery, which lasted for 2 more years and battery is still running great.
