Went to a 3 yr old birthday party at the Bounce U location in Bridgewater, NJ. Kids had a great time, however the high school kids that work there are not very attentive. Found the owner to be extremely rude. As the party was coming to an end, the owner came into the room and said OK it's 2:10 the party is over everybody out. I was mortified. Could not believe it!! People started to rush and eat cake fast. Would not recommend spending any amount of $$ on this place, it's a total ripoff. The owner should be out of business with the way he treats his customers.

We had a Birthday Party at the Gilbert, AZ location today. They kids had a blast and so did we until they distributed gift bags we did not ask for then tried to charge us for them (~$35). After a long and heated argument the Manager finally removed the charge and stormed off down the hall. We asked someone else at the counter what that woman's name was and then we left. As we finished packing up kids, the same Manager comes out into the parking lot and confronts us with attitude a second time to rehash what was already worked out.
If we do go back it will only be at another kid's party - we won't be hosting there again.

I just recently went there for one of my son's classmate's birthday party. They have alot of bouncey stuff for all the kids. The staff actually played with the kids too. My little girl came as well and was a little shy with all the boys but, the staff member got her to play. There is this spider thing you can play on in one of the rooms. It was huge. All the kids really like it. I can't say anything on the price since I just attended a party. It looked really easy to have there. I didn't see the mom do anything at all.

I love Bounce U!! I have had both my children's 4th bday parties there and have been to several friends. They do so much for you! Writing down the gifts so thank you's are easy. I forgot candles and they sell them, the batteries in my camera died and they sell those too. I was so stressed out about other things in our life that it was a relief to just show up and your child is shown a great time. It can be pricey, but it's worth it if you want easy and fun. You can bring you're own cake in too. I've also comparison shopped and it's one of the better values for bounce parties.

I had to convince myself and everyone around me this place was fun. This place off business states it is for kids 2 THROUGH 65. This place was prejudiced against anyone over 5 and anyone below 5 was getting injured. The staff was overattentive making it hard to enjoy even to the parents. The following words describe Bounce U: Overpriced, Boring and Over staffed.
Pro's: None
Cons': Whatever could be bad with a business (Dirty, Overpriced)

We have attended two parties at bounce u for 3-4 year olds with a few younger siblings. This place is NOT designed for little ones. Kids were injured at both parties. The staff was very young and not attentive at all to safety during the playtime. If you have preschoolers or kids under 6 I recommend you skip bounce U for now. Try something geared toward all ages and safety like Rollie Pollies.

I can't say enough about this place. It was a great place to hold both of their parties. The kids love it and when you break the cost down by how many children you can have it isn't really that bad. We have done many parties at other places and this is great. They do it all for you which is nice when you want to enjoy your childs party. All I brought in was the cake and ice cream (they can also provide that for an additional cost but we have a friend who does all of our cakes) I probably will be doing it again with my youngest child in a couple of years.

This was probably my son's favorite place for a birthday party, he went there for a friend's birthday. He had such an amazing time he only wanted to go back there for his own birthday. The problem was the cost, a bit high for us. Evidently this place has all kinds of activities for the kids including some sort of inflatable wrestling or boxing (the kids wear helmets), slides, playground climbers. They have an "open bounce" time but that seems a little high priced if you ask me. Kids love it though. The kids watch a safety video before playing and parents must sign a waiver. If you can afford it, it's a great place for a birthday party!
PROS: Great fun for the kids
CONS: Cost

We took my daugther to Bounce U for one of her friends birthday parties, so I can't comment on the cost, but everyone seemed to have a great time. After you check-in at the front they show you a safety video. Then you are escorted back to your private room with 4 large bounce structures. There were two slides, one bounce house and a bounce stadium. After about an hour we were led into a private room where they had pizza and subs to eat as well as birthday cake. This is also where the gifts were opened.

Bounce U is a fun place for playdates and birthday parties. Kids spend an hour bouncing on various inflatable play equipment including an obstacle course, sport court and a giant slide.
Private party rooms and catering are available, but their parties are expensive since they charge the same price for 5 kids or 25. If you are having a big party it is worth it, but you'll be wasting money if you have less than 25 kids.
PROS: Fun, cool
CONS: Pricey
