I stopped going here over a year ago because of limited hours & limited locations.

I am more interested in convenience/hours than smaller specialties. The hours at Body Business weren't broad enough for me and the limited locations also hurt, as I moved around/changed jobs/etc.

If that is not as big of a concern for you, then this may be JUST the place. They are smaller, and give you a LOT more one on one time. The classes are more intimate, the equipment is kept up VERY nicely. In general, the facilities were nice. The staff was ALWAYS helpful, polite and genuinely pleasant!

I know it's hard to compete with the bigger 24-hr chains in town, but if they had longer hours and more locations, I DEFINITELY would have stayed!
