I lived in the area for two years and had only the best experience with this place. They guys were very honest, helpful and never tried to talk me into any unnecessary repairs. Great old-fashioned service!

When the van started making squeaky noises every time we turned the wheel, I told my husband I was sure it was low on steeling fluid. I decided to take it in here because this place was close to my workplace, so I could drop it off before work, walk to work, and pick it up when I was done. I stopped in to make the appointment for a tune-up, and asked if they would check fluid levels during the tune-up. I was told yes. I asked "Even steering fluid? I think it's low" and again was told yes. When I dropped it off a few days later, I again confirmed that the steeling fluid would be checked, and again was told it would be. When I picked it up, I asked if the steering fluid was checked, and was told yes, and it was fine. I drove it home, squeaking the whole way. My husband brought it to the shop we usually go to at 8:00 THE NEXT MORNING, and they told him the steering fluid was nearly empty! I walked over to these guys and asked what happened, since I was told it was fine. They told me it must have leaked out. I asked if they had found a leak, and they said no. Ok, guys, I was raised by my dad and brothers. Just because I have breasts doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars!
