I was selling my car to the dealer. The sales manager Steve Amirault checked the papers and the car. Made an offer on Monday 24-Oct-11 and this was in the evening. I asked for 1 week time to which he agreed. I called him today 25-Oct afternoon to fix an appointment, he said Monday 31-Oct would be good. We ended the discussion saying I will meet him on Monday afternoon. As promised Steve held on to his word and I was able to sell my car without any further hassles.

My husband and I both have had horrible experiences dealing with the sales people. From start to finish, they provided us with inaccurate paperwork, made promises that they didn't keep and we had to call them several times to get answers. Very similar to other reviews I read! I do not recommend to deal with this dealership!

I'm really going to try and keep this simple even though I'm pretty upset right now with this company. Really what it came down to is that they lied to us in order to get us into the car, they made the deal complicated, spun the numbers, and they made mistake after mistake with paperwork. The only thing they got right was the actually delivery of the car.
I dealt specifically with the KIA branch, but David works with Honda as well and maybe the other brands as well I??m not sure.
Deception and Lies:
When I left the dealership on 9/24/11 I had been trying to strike a deal on a KIA Sorento getting me to a specific car payment for 72 months. We could not come to an agreement so I left to go purchase another car where I had a better deal. On the way to the other dealership they called me on the phone and told me to come back because they had a buyer interested in my trade in and they could give me additional money for my trade it that would allow me to hit my requested monthly payments.
When I came back the next day to sign the purchase and sale agreement the numbers didn't match what we had talked about. I asked to see the details and the salesman said he never knows what his customers pay for an APR. So the finance manager David came out and told me that my rate was 2.9% and that's how he got my payments down. When I went to close the deal I found out the rate was not 2.9%, but 3.5% and the finance manager said he quoted me the "buy rate" and not the APR. He also had given me a 75 month deal rather than a 72 month deal. So as you can see they told me that they were going to give me $1000 extra for a trade when really I ended up paying for the extra money need to hit the lower monthly payments in 3 extra months of payments.

Mistakes:
The title was printed wrong, the color of the car was not on the RMV-1 form, they gave me the wrong paperwork for the warranty on the tires, I scheduled an appointment to meet with the finance manager and made us wait for 2 hours while my wife was 9 months pregnant and a 4 year old, they could not answer all of my questions on the car.
After all of this they tried to bribe us with 1 free oil change and talk of a $20 gift certificate to a restaurant which was insulting after we were lied to.

I had an issue with the Service Manager, the owner of Peters called me to hear my side of the story, she was very respectful and she changed my opinion of my experience. The sales department have alwas been great. This was a negative review related to the service department and Service Manager, but due to the owner talking to me in the manner she did I have edited my review to a positive. I have bought my car here as well as my wife and the overall experience was excellent.

We have had one horrible experience after another. Good luck getting someone to respond to you! They are so busy typing on their computer or blackberry! I have never had such a bad experience at any dealer before. Would NOT recommend to my worse enemy!

The toyota dealer in nashua is outstanding, service and sales but the Toyota company really messed up.

When I went to go buy my car, the salesmen told me that I could drive it off the lot that day. A week later, after calling multiple times, I was finally able to have it. I kept being redirected and nobody seemed to know what was going on. They also failed to inform me that the brake pads and brake rotors would need to be replaced very soon...I guess you really CAN'T trust car salesmen....Unfortunately, this was my first car purchase, and now I know I need to bring a much more experienced shopper with me....

I like them. They are good at what they do. You can go in and get exactly what is needed and not be pressured into getting more than needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they dont have the part they will go get it and give you a call when it is ready to be put in. They are located on a main road in Nashua which is convenient for all

My Maxima had engine check light on. After sending it in, I was told that I have to change our newly change spark plug to platinum spark plug. Got the car back with the exactly same problem reappear after two weeks.

Peter's sales staff will not follow you around like vultures. You can actually walk around the lot without them surrounding you unlike other dealer. Good selection of cars.

We got our Nissan Altima from them and they are so wonderful. They send you invited to special events they have a remind you of appointments for your car to keep up with maintenance.
