On 12/31/2012 me and my wife had five sets of photos taken my someone working for cashman photos. we were told the for the price of $100.00 dollars the five sets of photots(total of 10 pcs) would be placed in five photo albums and laft at the front desk of the hotel me were staying at. On 01/01/2013 we attempted to pick up the photos at the hotel front desk, they could not be located. On 01/02/2013 I contacted cashman and demanded my money be refunded since we were leaving Las Vegas for California.I was told the pictures would be mailed to my address by the end of that day.On 01/06/2012 I again contacted cashman and told them I have not received the photos and again demanded my money, but I was told that the pictures would be mailed at the end of that day. On 01/10/2012 after receiving no pictures I contacted cashman again and was told the would be mailed at the end of that day. On 01/10/2012 I filed a dispute with the bank regarding the amount charged to my credit card,I finally received the pictures that were of very poor quality, but I only received three albums and four loose photos. I paid for five sets of photos with each set inside an album cover, but received only three sets of photos in albums covers and two without

We were required to use Cashman for our wedding ceremony at MGM. I'm glad we hired our own photographer for the reception photos, because if these were our only photos, I'd be extremely upset.

The prices were ridiculous. We paid WAY too much for what we got. We both felt pressured into purchasing a more expensive package than we had discussed. We did receive prints of all the photos as well as the photo CD and some enlargements, but upon closer inspection of the photos, I am incredibly disappointed.

First of all, our photographer informed us it was her first wedding. No big deal, she's really nice and took lots of photos. Except that every single photo is crooked. And I don't mean an artsy angle, I mean off kilter to the point where I tilted my head to look through the CD. Not to mention the three feet of wall above our heads. I'm not a professional, but I did work for a photo company for several years. I know what to look for in quality photography and sadly, this is not it.

Also- no other photography is allowed in the chapel during the ceremony, to further ensure you will purchase their photography.

When I called to complain, first I was told that the person on the phone "did not see anything wrong" with the photos. She put me on hold 4-5 times during the conversation and when she came back, she told me the customer service manager would call me. By the end of the day, he finally called, and agreed with me that the photos were crooked. He promised it would take 2 weeks to get them straightened, and they would fix them for us free of charge. Three weeks later, we finally received an email letting us know the photos have been edited. They're straight now, but still the quality is far below the quality of the true professional who did all the photos before the wedding, wedding party and reception photos. You can't do anything about the trim on the walls growing out of people's heads! If you are required to use their services, plan to save money and hire a second photographer for the rest of your wedding!

I just returned from my Las Vegas wedding at the Mirage and like others Cashman was part of my wedding package. I had minimal expectations from other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Our photographer, Amanda, was fantastic to work with. She made it fun and easy and the pictures are great! I was concerned we'd be pushed to purchase more than what we already paid for but there was no hard sell of any kind, we were presented with package options and that was the end of it. Everyone we worked with was very nice and made it all a great experience. No complaints of any kind here.

I had some photos taken by Cashman Photo Enterprise. When I received my credit card bill, I found that they had double billed me for the same pictures. I called my credit card company to dispute the extra charge and was advised to contact Cashman first in order to resolve it.

I contacted Cashman Photo Enterprises and spoke with Donna Diamant. I informed her of the double billing. Ms. Diamant told me that the only way to get the a credit issued for the erroneous charge was to contact my credit card company and put the charge in dispute. I told Ms. Diamant that I had just spoken to the credit card company and was told to contact the merchant in order to resolve the dispute.

Again, Ms. Diamant told me that they will only credit my card if they receive a dispute letter from
the credit card company. She said this is done in order to protect me from someone else trying
to get a credit issued to my credit card. When I told her she was lying, since no one needs
protection from having a credit issued to their credit card, she transferred me to her supervisor
Beth Gunn.

Beth Gunn repeated Donna Diamant's statement that her company will only issue a credit for an
erroneous charge if they receive a letter from the credit card company stating that the charge is in
dispute. Once again I explained my call to the credit card company in which they requested I
try to resolve it with the merchant.

Donna Diamant and Beth Gunn both refused to resolve the problem. They wouldn't even attempt to
look up the account, erroneous charge, or any records regarding the transaction.

I have never had a problem with any other merchant refusing to look into this sort of problem and issuing a credit. The BBB also shows complaints against Cashman Photo Enterprise with regards to billing.

It is also interesting to note that the receipt issued by Cashman Photo had no contact information whatsoever. Not even the name of the company.

Really depends on who you get. This is a HUGE company that has most of the strip monopolized. My friend had a wedding down at the Flamingo and got a lot of great pictures. I have seen many other pictures they have done as well and it really depends on the photographer you get and the there temperment. They are hit and miss. I recommend them good prices for the most part and quality pics. My friend got hers back super fast also.

PROS: price, quality
CONS: hit or miss service, add ons can be pricey

My husband and I recently were married at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. We had a Cashman photographer take the pictures and we were so pleased with the results. The day after our wedding we were able to see our wedding pictures proofs and chose which we wanted more of. The pictures were wonderful and the photographer was so pleasant. He was fun and gave us pictures of every precious moment. I would highly recommend this service.
