a nice place to bowl

by Hyung-il N. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 9,336

This is a very decent golf course to play on. The prices are extremely fair, the lines are not terrible (calling to book a tee time is not difficult, you could sometimes even get in that same day). You cold play the front 9 or the back 9 or all 18 holes. Both sides are equally challenging. The course is well kept and everyone out there is well mannered (have not run into any problems yet). The driving range is in a nook of the hillside the entire DeBell Club is on and nearby at the top of the hill is a nice Restaurant where you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the view over some appetizers and a drink to relax after a day of golf. Or if you're hungry while golfing, you could take a break at the diner between the 9th and 10th holes or call in from between the 17th and 18th hole over an intercom so the food is prepared when you finish the final hole.

Good Par 3.

by Jennifer N. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 11,694

Their Par 3 course is great for beginners. I played there a lot when I was growing up and learning how to golf. It's a good range of uphill, downhill, long drives, short drives, etc. They have a soda machine at the end to quench your thirst. They rent out clubs cheaply in case you don't want to bring your own. They let young students play free, perhaps residents of Burbank discounted also.

DeBell Golf Course

by Doug N. | insider Insider | Rank: 18,243

Since it is set on the side of a mountain much of the course is up and down. There are tight fairways so don't bring your slice. The driving range can throw your judge of distance off since you are hitting uphill. A suprisingly beautiful course for the price.
