This store is one of those places that are more like museums than an ACTUAL store. There are many things to be seen, such as the giant T-Rex and the Ferris wheel. When I go to a store though, I go to make actual purchases. I want to buy items quickly, efficiently, and without hassle. That does not happen here. First, the prices are higher. Second, the crowds of tourists slow things down to a snails pace. If you plan on going to this store to shop, I suggest you find another toy store because this one can be a hassle
PROS: Pretty looking
CONS: Crowds, over priced

My fave toys r us, by far. Granted, it's about 5-10 bucks more expensive than every other toys r us i've been to my entire life. However, which other toys r us have you been to that have the actual superman suit worn by brandon routh or the batman suit worn by christian bale? Don't forget the darth vader suit they had last year worn by hayden christensen. Definitely a place for tourists, but definitely a place for kids and people who are kids at heart. From the giant t-rex to the real-life sized barbie house to the great game store area, this store's perfect. I still have yet to ride the ferris wheel, I'm too lazy and impatient to join the line.

This toy store has it all! There is a giant ferris wheel in the lobby that takes up three floors. They have every toy that you could imagine. The barbie section alone is as big as most toy stores. The lego display is amazing. They have boys and girls toys separated so it is easy to shop for a specific child. The store is a little bit dirty and the satff can sometimes be rude. BUT, this can happen anywhere in NYC occaisionally (maybe because they get the same questions over and over again.)

An amazingly fun place filled with UFOs, dinosaurs and a ferris wheel! An extremely jovial staff (sometimes creepily so) who knows all about toys and collectibles. Because of its prime location, rare toys are often in abundance, but normal toys are left on the shelf for months. Anyone not from New York needs to go here.

You walk in, there is a merry go round. You can buy tickets, relatively inexpensive, and wait your turn for you ride in TIme's Square. Floors and floors of toys, anything a kid could imagine is in this store. If they make it, you can get it here. Don't forget to check out the zillion colors of M&M's they sell, along with other types of candy. mmmmmm!

Toys R Us Times Square is great. The place is huge, so big that there is a ferris wheel inside the store. This Toys R Us is not just for kids, it is a fun place for adults to hang out too. Probably the coolest thing is the Lego displays--there is a miniature empire state building with king kong climbing on it made out of lego's...it's pretty cool. My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun playing with the toys here....the store has four levels of toys.
