This is where we do most of our grocery shopping. There are always great deals to be had with your Bi-Lo card. We especially love it when they have the free milk with Bi-Lo tokens.
Spotless aisles, well stocked shelves, fast pharmacy, and clean bathrooms are what you'll find at this Bilo (currently located next to Walmart in Easley, though its rumored that this Bilo will be moving within the next few years). What you won't find here...cashiers, baggers, and deli/bakery workers who will pay you the attention that you deserve...which is just about any attention at all....example....after arriving at register 4 with my small load of groceries I was not greeted, or in fact talked to except the words 15 11...my total. Instead I was subjected to the banter between cashiers 4 and 3 and bagger 4 about the new "box shaped" truck "X" bought that had flames on it. Even though the customer service at the registers is null at best, you will get through the line quickly...so that's a fair trade for the non-communitive nature of the workers. The opposite is true about the customer service desk where the workers pay attention and as an extra...they're fast too.
PROS: Very clean, well stocked, Clean bathrooms
CONS: Lack of customer service amoung the cashiers/baggers/deli-bakery workers
