Rice Village Animal Hospital

The assistant took my 11 week old puppy to another room, and they took her temperature. She cried loudly, twice, and when they brought her back and left the room, a drop a blood fell out of her bottom. I asked the vet about it, and he said the blood was dried up from someone else. I said I saw it fall out of her bottom. She didn't cry when she got the shot they gave her. Obviously I'm not taking her back there, and wouldn't recommend them, espcially at the prices they charge I would expect more.

I take my 4 year old daschund chihuahau mix there and i have to say they really care for my baby. Dr. Wilkie is such a wonderful experienced woman/veterinarian. I always get top notch service and im never dissapointed. There staff is wonderful they got lovely people who you know care for your pet. Thank God for this hospital. They have a client fo life.

They're quite good, but they are not cheap by any means. Quality veternarian care is hard to come by in Houston. This place definitely has it, but you're not going to get a bargain by any means. Their higher prices are probably a result of their location. I think there are more reasonably priced alternatives in the local area, but I would still recommend them.

I highly recommend Dr. Wilkie at Rice Village Animal Hospital. My precious dog used to get sick occasionally and I took him there many times. They always treated both of us with great concern and good care. If you are in need of a good vet, conveniently located on Rice Blvd., this is the place. I am thankful for all of their help.
