It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Beautiful property! Great location to stay especially if you are taking in a Cardinals game. Rooms have up-to-date design, workout facility and all the amenities that a Westin property should have. The Lobby Bar is great - food and beverages available. The staff is extremely courteous and very professional. Rooms are a bit pricey but, again, it's a Westin. You get what you pay for!

If you?re looking for a quiet room ? you might want to look elsewhere. I had an awful experience coupled with even worse customer service that has resulted in going out of my way (and for my employees) to avoid all Westin properties. \r\n\r\nDespite the fact that I was sick and requested a quiet room, my room was located near several clubs with loud music and was a hundred or so yards away from a freeway interchange and rail line. Despite calls to the front desk and e-mails to Westin corporate nothing was done during my stay. Then following four sleepless nights and further complaints, Westin/Starwood finally informed me that the property is noisy by the very nature of its location and that the noise was outside their control and did nothing more. It is interesting that other Westin properties, including New York Times Square, have sound abatement. It is disappointing that I can no longer trust this brand. \r\n\r\nWhile I could go blow-by-blow of by far the worst customer service I have experienced in years, I?m not sure this would serve a purpose to those who use this site. However, the following are excerpts from e-mail responses from the Westin St. Louis and Westin/Starwood corporate that further validate the issues with noise at this property. \r\n\r\n?Our favorable location next to the ball park definitely has its draw backs. The ball park provides an excellent view from some of our rooms and an easy walk to the games but also comes with excited fans as well as neighboring restaurants and bars.? Oct. 17, 2009 e-mail from Sarah Peplowski, front desk manager. \r\n\r\n?Since the noise was from an outside source, it is beyond the hotels control.? Oct. 18, 2009 e-mail from Stephanie Ryan, Specialist, E-Communications Department, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. \r\n

Cons: Noise from Clubs, Highway, Railline

The Westin in downtown Saint Louis is wonderful. From the unique, beautiful lobby to the nicely decorated and clean rooms, this is definitely one of the best. Attentive and nice staff, good room service and spacious. Highly recommend.

My 1st time at the Westin was in February. Since then, I won't stay anywhere else. The service is excellent. The rooms are by far the nicest available in the city. They are large and spacious and feature a larger than normal TV. There is a great work out room downstairs with all new equipment. The staff did a great job of working around my night schedule and always had my room made up when I returned late in the evening. There's a great restaurant downstairs that too. Check out the poached salmon, you won't be disappointed. This place offers great value too. It's priced about the same as The Adams Mark and other top hotels in the city, but offers so much more. .

This is a beautiful hotel with tall ceilings that seem to reach for miles. They offer many great ammenities as well. You can work out 24 hours a day in their 24-hour fitness center great for people who aren't on a regular schedule while staying in the area. They also have a mini-spa available to get a little R and R. One of the favorites of this hotel is the restaurant that overlooks Busch Stadium. The rooms are fully equiped and offer plush down comoforters that you will sleep like a baby on. Also the large 27 inch televisions are nice to watch in room movies on if you want to stay in and relax for the day and or night.

From the moment you arrive you feel like you're a star! Valet is quick to help you out of the car and grab your bags where you are then greeted by the concierge. Management takes their time to introduce themselves to make sure your stay is pleasant. Once you have been shown to your room the excitement starts all over. With a view overlooking Busch Stadium and a bed with the softest down comforter and pillows your heaven begins. Take a load off by entering into the marble bathroom and soaking in their deep tub for two or an extremely spacious shower. Whether you choose to visit the bar or order room service you will be pleased with the food and the prompt service. I highly recommend the Westin if ever in St. Louis.

I first visited the Westin St. Louis in fall, 2003. I fell in love...it was so perfect. Modern and luxurious. Not like frilly decor, but cool, hip and comfortable. If you are ""conservative"" you might think it stark, but if you are 30-40ish, yuppie, you will Love it. \n\nThe Staff went out of their way both times I was there to make my stay wonderful. \n\nThanks, Albert in the Hospitality suite...you were a doll. Get the upgrade to the floor with this amenity...it's sweet! \n\nCan't wait to go back.

We stayed at the Westin on the night of our wedding. The service was excellent, the room was beautiful (very modern looking), the room service breakfast was delicious, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (complete with a down comforter and 4 feather pillows). We can't wait until our 1 year anniversary, when we plan to stay at the Westin again. The Adam's Mark pales in compartison to the Westin.
