I will NEVER recomend this dealer. I told them if you want me to buy this car them you need to hold my Down payment check till I get paid. Well the next day the check cashed. This over drafted my account, locking my bank accounts. Greg (GM) was getting mad at me because I wanted them to fix this like now. Finnaly after leaving work to go down there and make a big deal they acted like they would take care of this. Of coarse I got Overdraft fees and my checking account has negative marks now. Greg says its the bank that should fix that. Well they were the ones that messed it up to beging with. I have been down there 5 times now to get my money. Every time it seems nobody can find it. It has been three weeks now and it's not even about the money but the principle that I have wasted so much time trying to stay on top of them about this. On more than one account they were going to bring me check to my work. Never happened. They have told me a few times to drive over after work and nothing. Wouldn't be as bad but one of the office staff told me this happened to some one else the same day. This is your fault Mazda take care of it. And not 3 weeks later. They offered me a free oil change finnaly. But from how this place has impressed upon me and the reviews I have read that might be a really bad idea too. I shouldn't be the one running around fixing what it 100% their fault. I wish I could just Void this entire deal and get my old vehicle back.

Yes I agree with the rest of you this place is bad nothing but snakes working there.. I went to look at a car & just wanted to know how much a month then came the pushing to sell. I really wanted to think about it but kept getting pushed to buy. So I ended up buying from them which I now regret. First off I love the sign's they have saying no lie zone when they lie about everything to you. Then I was told I was getting 10K for my trade & ended up getting 8K & they just put the other 2K on my other car price not saying anything about it I did not relize it till I got home & looked everything over which is what I should have done before signing anything. Then since I have had problems with credit I was shocked to find out I was approved for a loan only to get a call almost 2 weeks later saying the could not get me a loan could I come up with money to put on the car. Then when I said no they some how found a way to get me a loan. With a higher intrest rate & said nothing to me about it either just drew up the paper work & had me sign it . If you go to this dealership stand on your toes & be ready for very pushy sales people that don't like to take no for a answer. Make sure to double check your paper work before signing anything also they are very tricky. I would not recommed this dealership to anyone

We went here to purchase a car as we had been looking around and they had the car in the best condition at the best ADVERTISED price.

The only positive thing I can say is that our salesman himself was very down to earth, not cheesy, nor pushy.

But they would not even let him negotiate with us - they sent us straight to financing even though we didn't want to finance with them. Negotiation was out of the question. He told us the car was $14,200 OUT THE DOOR with everything included and that sounded great to us. I had made the mistake of teling him we were approved for $15,000 (in my mind, total we would pay INCLUDING down payment)

So what did he do? Told us the car was $14,200 out the door, so when I saw the total of $17,800 halfway up the page and he showed $2,800 OFF that price coming up to a total of $14999 out the door which was including a service contract (didn't tell me that the $2,800 was a down payment in addition to the full $15,000 the bank agreed to finance) it looked great to me. So I paid almost $18000 for a car that he told me was $14,200 out the door. We didn't notice until we got home and my fiancee was so steamed and disappointed in himself for not catching it that he didn't sleep the entire night. How someone could take such advantage of a young PREGNANT couple is beyond me.

He found out the max we were allowed, and adjusted the price so that when I was thinking I'd be paying $2800 up front and the remainder of the $15000 as the loan, I was really paying it in addition. What a snake. The worst part is we had spent weeks haggling other dealerships and were so careful about the car buying process, only to get screwed by what was portrayed to us as the best deal.

I highly recommend you avoid this dealership at all costs. We consider ourselves pretty smart, careful buyers and we were still screwed. Watch out.

THIS REVIEW IS ACTUALLY FOR CARDINALE WAY IN SCOTTSDALE. Although from the outside this dealership looks nice and professional, this dealership has nothing but unprofessional snakes and sales people working for it. Like any dealership they are your best friend before you purchase a vehicle, calling you almost to the point of being hounded. 2-3 calls and emails a day. As soon as you decide to purchase a vehicle they do everything in their power to make you pay as much for a vehicle as possible, being very vague about payment options and hidden costs they slide in there. I know how the game works and am not naive to these things, but they definitely try to take full advantage of people.As soon as your vehicle is purchased consider yourself a nobody to them anymore. I had to call the dealership 5 times before I received a call back for a problem I had and still nothing was done to resolve it. I am not going to describe my problem lets just say I was dicked around for 3 months after my purchase, ignored by sales managers to the point of having to go into the dealership and talk to the GM myself who turned out to be EXTREMELY unprofessional, inconsiderate and unhelpful. A perfect fit for the rest of the snake-like sales people they have there.

I bought a used car and didn't even get it home before it didn't work properly. I took it back the next day and they tried to tell there was nothing wrong. After I took them for a ride they agreed there was a major problem. Two days later I went to pick up the "fixed" car and it still is not fixed (different issue now) So 4 days later I still don't have a drivable car but they already have their check from the finance company...To top that off I just looked on there web site, the advertised price 7995. The price they tried to get me to buy it for 8995...WOW what a cheap shot. I guess they do have to pay for the facility somehow but not on my $. Anyway no car no apology.NOTHING. I hope this prevents someone else from being CHEATED

I recently received a coupon for a free oil change here, so I thought I'd check it out. It is a brand-new dealership and claims to be the largest Mazda dealership in the US.

The facilities are very nice. There are 2 plasma screen TVs in the waiting area, a children's play area and it is very open and comfortable. I was a little appalled by the service manager's offer to rotate my tires for a VERY STEEP $79.95 (for tire rotation!!!!), but he was not pushy. There were no catches and no last minute charges for the oil change, it was completely free, as advertised.

I would recommend going there for a special, but not for routine maintenance as they apparently overcharge a great deal to pay for those nice facilities.
