I have given my car for engine oil change, Tire rotation, Wheel Alignment. I noticed much noise from rear breaks after oil change which I never had before this service.I talked to NTB guys. They also agree that there is much noise from rear breaks. But they are saying that they did not touched Breaks. They are not taking responsibility for Breaks alignment disruption. I need to pay for break system service to get rid of this problem. I don't know what happened to my car in garage. But I am sure that, they did not take care of my car when they do service. I have told them that "I am not Satisfied with their service and I don't visit NTB again". Can you expect what is the reply?Reply is "You don't come to NTB".They ripped off my car break system. They are not concerned of customer. They only concerned of Money how much they can grab from customers pocket.Its up-to you, if you still want to make service at NTB.

I spent over $800 for a set of tires for my SUV. The job seems to have been done well but there was a hitch. My Brake Reservoir cape had been purposefully dislodged and set beside the reservoir, thus sending a reading to my instrument panel showing "brakes". My impression is that the technicians were looking for me to return to NTB to get this problem fixed (at additional cost) when there was no problem (only that caused by those working under my hood). I am totally discussed with NTB and will never do business with them again.

I purchsed two replacement tires from them and the prices were good and the service from them were satisfactory. They did what they promised and caused no problem at all. The service was done timely and efficiently. No complaints here!

PROS: Competent and Efficent.
