I bought a car from CBS Quality Cars about one year ago. Within 3 months I had to get new front and rear brakes and soon after that new front tires. When it rains, the water gets on the inside of my car on the driver side near the pedals

***WARNING*** I purchased a car from this dealer about 3 months ago. About a month ago, I started noticing the paint peeling. I had someone look at it and let me know that the whole car had been painted WITHOUT BEING SANDED OR PRIMED FIRST! I suspect, but can't prove they probably bought my car at an auction for a steal, took it to their collision shop and did a quickie paint job to gussy it up. Since I bought the car "as is", I have to pay for the new paint job myself. I am sure they would never admit to doing this, so I am letting people know with this review.

Took my car there for service even though I did not buy it there. They couldn't have been nicer, got the work done quickly, and out the door in less time than most quick service places. Found a new service location.

I recently purchased my first car on my own from CBS Cars. I had a great experience. All of the staff that I came in contact were friendly and helpful. There is no pressure to buy here...which I loved! My salesman was very knowledgeable and had a wide range of information about the different cars on the lot. If he didn't know the answer he found the information for me. My financing was a breeze to get through. I love the environment there at the car lot. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a GREAT deal on a used car. You will love the people that work here.

People say that buying a car is the second hardest thing behind buying a home. Well, at CBS Cars, the experience is so easy and enjoyable that I??ve purchased three cars from them over the course of just six years. These include a Corvette, a Chevy Blazer, and a BMW 330ci and they have all been excellent buys. There are many reasons that have made me a repeat and loyal customer. One of the main reasons is the utmost friendliness and attention to customer-satisfaction by Rufus Greene. He is always willing to go the extra mile to take care of my needs. As soon as you let Them know what vehicle you are looking for, they get to work and start looking and not just around the local area but all along the East Coast. When they find your perfect car, they make sure to make it look immaculate before you take ownership. What makes their cars even better is their very good value. All of my cars have been better deals than compared to private owners or dealerships. Unlike dealerships, CBS Quality Cars also sells comprehensive warranties at very reasonable prices. With CBS, I may never have reason to purchase a new vehicle again. I only wish buying a home were this enjoyable

Today I purchased my 5th car and I can honestly say that this was my best car buying experience I have ever had.
My husband was out of town for the weekend and it was my grand idea to buy a new cargo van for the business. He gave me some tips on what to ask the dealer and trusted that I would make a wise decision. I found the cargo van I wanted on the internet at CBS Quality Cars. Most of the dealing was done over the internet and phone with Taylor Mayo. He was very professional and answered all of my questions promptly. I had my two babies with me so I didn??t have time to go to the dealership and haggle back and forth. Taylor truly wanted to earn my business and did so without trying to smooth talk me or offer me empty promises like most car salespeople who just want to sell a car do. Once the deal was finalized over the phone, I went into the dealership to sign the paperwork.
The next person I met with was Ryan Pool, the sales manager. Now this is generally the part of the deal that is the most dreadful. The paperwork has to be done and the guy generally runs over everything so fast that you don??t really know what you are signing but you are afraid to ask too many questions because this is the big guy and you don??t want him to get irritated with you. Well not with Ryan. Rayn was so personable and friendly I felt like I could ask him any question. When I didn??t understand something he explained it again. Like I said before, I had my two babies with me and one was running around his office and he thought it was great. Ryan made this part of the car buying experience extremely pleasant. He was very honest and I could tell that he was more concerned with customer service than making a buck.
Another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that Taylor paired me with someone that he knew would deal well with all of the commotion from the kids. I liked not having to worry if the big guy was going to be getting irritated with my two year old acting like a two year old.
Overall I am a very satisfied customer. So dads and husbands, you can feel confident sending your daughters and wives to CBS Quality Cars. Ask for Taylor or Rayn and I can assure you they will be treated well.
Thank you for the best car buying experience ever!

I thought about purchasing a car from this place. I wa sin a rut and needed a car soon. I was in town for the weekend and they were supposed to contact me back after they ran my credit. Well they did. My husband and I decided if we were going to spend that much money on a vehicle why not go to a real dealership. Well we did and they ran our credit and asked us about the CBS Quality car place that we allowed to run our credit. The Toyota dealorship in Wilmington said that CBS ran our credit 18 times. 17 times after we told them we wanted to shop elsewhere.

After buying a car the radio stopped working within 24hours of purchase. We notified them immediately and after taking the car to them they refused to fix the problem. Even though the car came with a 30 day warranty, they denied the problem. Never buy a car from them. They will rip you off and treat you terribly.

On Nov. 1st I purchased a vehicle from CBS. With agreement to do the Schedule B maintenance. On Nov. 2nd smoke started coming from the exhaust from the tail pipe and the check engine light came on. I emailed Jude upon arriving to work in Savannah, GA. Frank the salesman called me on Nov 3rd and asked for me to go to auto zone for a test. The test from auto zone came back misfired spark plugs. Frank told me to bring the car in next time I came home and they would fix the problem. Jude also emailed me and said the problem would be taken care of. On the way back to NC for repair es the low oil light came on twice. I explained all of this to Jeff the service manager when I dropped the car off with them on Nov 14th. He claimed to not know of any mechanical issues. I forwarded him the emails between Jude and myself. Jeff called me to pick up the car but had not replaced the spark plugs. He said that I needed to call Steve Smith or Jude. Steve offered to let me return the car but said he would charge me financing fees, tags&title, and a reduced price for mileage and cancellation. Jude explained that I would not end up getting money back and the the issue would be fixed by replacing the spark plugs. I told Jude that I needed a letter from the mechanic saying that it was the spark plugs causing the issue. He said he couldn't do that but he gave me the bad spark plugs that were taken out of the car. They replaced the spark plugs at Judes expense per the owner Steve Smith. They promised me that it would fix the problem. I Dropped the car off on Nov 14th and went to pick up the car on Nov 15th 2 miles down the road the oil light came on. Jude told me to return the car and he would take it back to the mechanic. I missed work on Nov 17th due to this. I picked up the car on Nov 17th and on the way back to work in GA the smoke from the exhaust started again and the check engine light came on. I emailed Jude as soon as I arrived in GA again on Nov. 18th at 2:10 am. Once again he told me to go to auto zone. They said it was misfired spark plugs and Jude asked me to fax him the codes from auto zone to give to his mechanic and to bring the car back again so that it could be fixed when I return to NC. I asked Jude if he was sure the car would make it he said yes. On Nov 25th I dropped the car off. On Nov 26th Jude told me I had to call the mechanic and the mechanic said he was told not to disclose any information to me. I called Jeff the service manager. He claimed that he did not know the issues with the car and had to speak with Steve Smith and would call me in approx. 2 hours. I asked him to call before then. He spoke to my father and said that it was internal motor issues and that they would not fix b/c the warranty was out. When I spoke to him I explained to him that when the problems started the day after purchase the warranty was not up and I was promised in an email that they would take care of whatever the problem is. He said that they were not going to repair the car.

I have an We owe you from the company that states they were suppose to do maintenance and fix the acceleration/smoke issue! But the owner Steve Smith doesn't care!! This didn't mean anything to him! To date I have spent over $2300 on getting this car repaired and it is still not repaired! The car had not been serviced at all! The mechanic i took it to removed leaves and sand from the inside of the car! The wrong oil was put in I had to get a oil change, engine flush, spark plug wires changed, and coil packs put on and its still a smoking train!

My husband and I went here to look for a new-used car. They have great cars in wonderful condition. The sales reps. were very helpful in trying to get us what we wanted. They were willing to negotiate to make everyone happy. If I did not find a bit of a better deal somewhere else, we would have went with them because of their staff and flexibility.
