PLEASE make my loss your GAIN...

Do not believe ANYTHING this company salesmen tell you - they LIE, say anything to get the sale and the customer service is the WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED... I lost my deposit because I did not cancel with 3 days.... 5 weeks later I still do not have my product installed and they will NOT return my money, even though the problems are ALL on their end. BUYER BEWARE... STAY AWAY!

I can't believe I was stupid enough to call these people. The salesman was a complete jerk and wanted to charge me 1200 FOR A SINGLE SMALL BEDROOM. When I told him I was shopping around, he said he'd do it for $370. I agreed and that's when the problems really started.

The carpet arrived and was the wrong carpet-same color, different texture. I had them send it back and the next day they showed up with it again...again, it was THE WRONG CARPET. THESE GUYS WERE TRYING A BAIT AND SWITCH.

I cancelled my order and went with another company. I couldn't get it installed the next day, but at least I got exactly what I paid for and not some BAIT AND SWITCH scam.

i have worked with these companies for a while now and its sick how much these salesman rip these customers off. not to mention they don't have to pay out since usually only one legal citizen will incorporate and have a bunch of cheap help. I have installed and supplied the exact same flooring materials in the Chicago land area for hundreds less get their free estimates and if you can contact me do so and you will save hundreds.

Called up Empire for Window treatments and there were plenty of red flags when speaking with the Sales guy. He gave us the down low on how frugal the owner is and that they don't even have a Christmas party anymore.
The real problem came when he said our blinds would be there in four days and that they would call. Well no phone call and on that Friday i had to call them. Not the nicest Customer service people but they proceed to tell me the installers could come anytime between 8 and 6, there's no guarantee that they will call before hand and they can't give an approximate time. They never came the next day and never called. Then they called the following week to say our blinds were in.
Apparently along the way the sales person lied, three customer service people didn't see that not all the blinds were in that week, and we got screwed out of $400. We didn't go with them, because I couldn't imagine the install or post-service going any better.
Treating your employee??s right makes a big difference and you don't really save when they do a crappy job.

After growing up knowing their phone number song from the commercial, when we had to carpet shop this is who we went with. They brought samples out to the house the next day, so we could see what looked good with our dcor. Their prices were great since they keep costs low by not having a store and the service couldnt have been better.

Never ever buy carpets from these people. To start with, the carpets are horrible quality. We bought their "top of the line" for $5000 and they were trashed in 6 months. We had a professional inspector in and he said they looked 10 years old. We were just two people and no pets. Then, Empire doesn't install the carpets. They hire out people who don't speak any English to come in and do a terrible job of laying the carpet. So bad in fact that the carpet came up and caused a serious accident. Let's just say they were sued.Steer clear!

UNLIKE WHAT THERE COMMERICAL SAYS,THEY DO NOT MOVE FURNATURE. AT LEAST THEY DID'NT HELP MOVE OUR'S. WE HAD TO MOVE IT ALL OURSELVES WHEN THEY SHOWED UP. THEY SENT 3 GUYS TO RIP OUT AND INSTALL THE CARPETING IN 3 ROOMS.
