I received a gift from a friend from fill-r-up, and liked what I got. So, I decided to check out the boutique in person (I live nearby) and order a few presents. I should have know that things would not go well when I walked in, there was an unhappy customer who was not happy with the way her order turned out. Apparently they got something wrong (I came in at the tail end) - the owner was very rude to her and shut her down. When the customer left, the owner turned to me and said "some people are just miserable". Ok, that's not what you say to a new customer who just came in. After that, the owner (I am guessing her name is Amanda - wouldn't know, even though I have been there 5 times for the various orders I made, she's never bothered to look at me, say 'hi' or acknowledge that there is a customer in the store - even though usually it is empty and I am the only one there). Each time I go, I always leave saying "never coming back" - but I am lazy and I kept going back. However, after my last visit, I decided to not go back. And my experience has been so bad, I am writing my first review ever. I don't understand why they are so rude there and it is so difficult to get good service. A couple of times, they forget to call me to tell me my order is ready - I have had to call to follow up. My orders are usually only around the $150 range - maybe I am not spending enough to get proper service? I am surprised by the previous positive reviews - my experience is completely different! I had a present delivered to a friend, when I asked if I would get any sort of delivery confirmation - I got this nasty reply "wouldn't your friend let you know?" Ok, I was just asking a question! I was really surprised by how belligerent they were. Make sure you don't have a complicated order or anything goes wrong. If you want a miserable shopping experience and service - this is the place to go!!!

Fabulous, unique baby and children's gifts!! Everything is sweet but chic. The indispensable canvas tote, embroidered burp cloth sets, and personalized gingham robes are adorable. The web site is convenient and a breeze to use. Also, the "crayon apron" and bath buddies are great for the 3 year olds! They even have personalized party favors for the busiest of moms.

We use Fill-r-Up for holiday gift baskets (they have an amazing selection of gourmet foods), and for baby gift baskets (the monogrammed bib and burp cloth sets are a must for any posh mom) and even for themed baskets (like movie night baskets...). The store owner has great insticts for how to combine fun items into a meaningful and pretty package and the convience of phone and web orders make it so easy to gift just the right gift to anyone!

i received a baby basket from fill r up and placed an order for the same embroidered basket. their website says it takes 3-5 days for embroidery, but i have been waiting much longer than that. i keep getting lame excuses from the staff about all these issues. they are very rude and very unhelpful. i still dont have my gift and their service is horrible. dont ever ever shop there.

I used fill-r-up fo corporate gifts this last holiday season and the baskets were great. My clients really enjoyed the gift baskets and there was no waste link other baskets you get. I'm definetly going to use them for again.

My office received a wonderful gift basket about a month ago. The food basket was awesome. There was a ton of great gourmet items that were devoured by my office mates. We have since started ordering our gifts from fill-r-up and are very pleased with the service. All of the recipients are extremely appreciative.

Fill-R-Up is the BEST. My wedding coordinator recommended I send all my out of town guests baskets from Fill-R-Up. I had a personal meeting where Amanda sat down with me and presented me with a wonderful selection of products to chose from. She walked me through the process and put my mind at ease. It was reassuring to find out she was a perfectionist (in control). I even ordered my bathroom amenity baskets from her. She took care of everything, including making sure the hotels placed the baskets in the rooms. All my guests were so pleased. Thanks Amanda.

We have been using Fill-R-Up for all our holiday baskets since it opened. The baskets are great, well priced and delivered on time. We love that they offer same day delivery. We even sent a baby basket to a friend same day in the hospital, she loved it.

Last year I sent baskets from Fill-R-Up to our law firm's clients. I received raves all around and will be sending something from Fill-R-Up again this year. It was nice to hear that our gift stood out during the holiday season. The ordering was also a breeze.

As a real estate agent I was always looking for nice gifts for my clients. I now send all my clients Fill-R-Up baskets. The baskets are wonderfully done and the staff has a custom basket that they have put together for my specific needs (theme and price). I always receive a compliment after I send a basket from Fill-R-Up.

I first found out about Fill-R-Up when I received a basket as a gift in my office. By the next day everything in the food basket was eaten. There weren't any sausages, cheeses or cheap food products that I had come to expect in gift baskets. It was filled with awesome chocolates and snacks. It was tastefully wrapped as well with a simple beautiful ribbon. I now only use Fill-R-Up when I send baskets for work or personal reasons.

I have been shopping here since they opened almost a year ago. I love everything about this store. You can go in and chose from a ton of top quality products and build a perfect basket. The food products are great and the baby products even better. I now just call up and they take care everything for me, including same day delivery in Manhattan.

We recently received many gift baskets for our newborn. Fill-R-Up's was the best by far. We love our embroidered burp clothes as well as the Baby Einstein products. We use and love verything that came in the basket. We have already ordered baskets for two of our friends who just raved about them. Amanda and Jodi were great to work with in personalizing the gifts. Thanks for making my gift giving so easy from now on.

I was so pleased with my gidt basket purchase!!! I was so undecided on a gift to get.. and I found this website and it was great!! It was so easy!! My friends loved the gift and it was a hit!! The selection was great... the website was easy to use... I didn't even have to visit their showroom!!
