My kids have been going to children's clinic for over two decades. Before Fremont aquired the practice, they were much more patient friendly. Today, their administrative/corporate bureaucracy has resulted in extended appt. scheduling, extended waiting times, and a front office staff (with their Ofc. Mgr too) too pre-occupied discussing their weekends than helping a patient. The "receptionists" are condesceningly terse. The docs are good and the older chaps--Dorway, Klatt--still possessing a sincere desire to help kids AND listen to parents who know their kids best. If you can tolerate front staff's arrogance, and you are your child's ADVOCATE, insisting on the older seasoned docs, you should have a pleasant experience but you'll get w work-out doing so!
