I'm So glad I found the skin spa! Ive had very bad experiences from other salons, and that taught me to do my homework to find a new place. All I can say is the skin spa and employees who worked on me will have me as their client for life!!! The parking was exceptional- theres plenty of it, the staff was so friendly, curteous and professional and not pushey to sale anything to you but very knowledge about skin and the products to use. I had a facial, massage, and pedicure. The facial was great and my face cleared up completly after 2 days. Although I was hesitant to having a guy do my massage I was very pleased with how professional he was, no to mention he had the perfect touch and i was very relaxed.( i thought he would have way too hard of a touch but proved wrong...it was perfect)After I was relaxed and didnt want to leave the massage bed but moved on to my pedicure. This pedicure was by far the BEST pedicure i have ever got. The water was perfect(not scalding and not tepid warm), everythign was clean, the leg massage felt great and my feet looked flawless when she was through. On top of it everyone spoke perfect english. The skin spa will have me as a customer for life! I cant wait to go and pamper myself again! I highly recommend this spa to absolutly anyone! sincerely, Allison Miche

I had my first visit to a skin spa, and my first facial (which included a neck, shoulder and hand massage) - now I know why my wife keeps going back! It felt great, and is very relaxing. Professional staff, and very clean facility is first impression; advice about skin care, not hard sell on products. I'm ready to go back for another facial.

I had such a great visit at the Skin Spa Institute. I came in for a facial and massage and I came out of there feeling wonderful and refreshed. I highly recommend this place, it's awesome and the staff is super friendly.

Your search is OVER! FINALLY! A clean, relaxing and beautiful place to get pampered? I just received the best Guinot Facial and Swedish massage treatments of my life! The SkinSpa Institute in Signal Hill (Long Beach area) surpassed all my Spa expectations! The therapists really know what they are doing, in the treatment room and in their extensive knowledge about the products they use. The whole staff makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. (Unlike those huge day spas where they dont even know your name.) I was so relaxed during my treatments; I think I snored a bit. They specialize in Guinot treatments and products (which are hard to find), Epicuren enzyme treatments, therapeutic massage and Jan Marini peels for hard to treat acne. The customer service there is Outstanding! And I just love the beautiful and elegant European dcor. They have so many different treatments I can't wait to try them all. I finally found a home away from home to feel special and pampered for my monthly treatments. Next time Im bringing my husband. He really wants a facial and I know he will love the Experience and feel relaxed and comfortable. Im hooked for life!

PROS: Comfortable, Clean, Quite with Exceptional Service! Lots of parking.
