I have been to soo many different dealerships new and used all over Arizona and none of them were able to help me get financed because of my bad credit. I came across Liberty Truckland on autotrader.com and gave them a call because they had listed that they deal with people who have bad credit, and have a high approval rate.

I had $800 for a down payment and terrible credit the nice people there were able to work with me a get me a car. I am now driving a 96 Toyota Corolla and I love it. I would recommend this dealer to everyone who has not so good credit as they are willing to work with you.

PROS: Very helpful and willing to work with you if you have bad credit.
CONS:

I needed a vehicle when my car broke last month, and I only had $500 to put down, since I had just spent alot on repairs.

My car was still in the shop at the time when I went to the dealership located at 5039 W. Camelback road in Phoenix

I had poor credit and had only lived here a few months from Louisiana.

I thought I was going to wind up with a real junker, but they sold 2000 Nissan Altima with a one year warranty, and they worked with me to get my car out of the shop and used it as a trade in.

I went back once a few weeks later for a small repair they loaned me a car so I could get to work, and the next day it was finished.... havent had any problems since. Sorry to hear that other people expienced something different, but my expeience was very good. I would reccomend this company to anyone.

PROS: They worked with me even under adverse circumstances
CONS: none

My car broke down and the closest place to me was this place, but boy did I regret having to go here, big time. First of all, their customer service seriously lacks respect for the customers, whatever happend to the saying "the customer is always right?" These people treated me so rudely that I almost called a tow truck just to haul my car out of there. The mechanics had no idea what they were talking about and the whole place just gave me the impression that I was not dealing with professional people. Needless to say two months after they fixed my car, my car once again broke down with the same problem and I finally had to take it to a dealership to get fixed. I would stay away from these people, they charge way too much for bad service.

PROS: close to where my car broke down
CONS: unprofessional, bad customer service, bad service in general

You are stuck in a rut, and need a car quick... well go to this place. They will charge you $12,000 for a $1500 dollar car, it won't pass smog, it will have numerous things wrong with it, and better yet, they will sell you this "warranty" plan, but it costs you $50 each time you need an item repaired. You take it in for repairs, they "say" they repair it, but it is not done. These are typical sleezy car salesmen that will sell you their own kid if they can make a buck. Had a friend get ripped off here and I would not recommend it to anyone but a lawyer.

PROS: couldn't think of one
CONS: so many can't list!
