I got the Charger when it came out a few years ago. I love the car so much and am extremely satisfied with Chrysler and its design team. When they came out with the new body last year I just knew I had to have it. I have been saving for a nice down payment, and it was time. Last week I went to South Chicago Dodge, the same place I got my fist one. Once again they got me a great deal and exceptional service. I feel like im part of the Dodge family.
I just wanted a simple easy get around vehicle. Something to get me from a to b. That is just what I got. The little slightly used Caliber was what I needed. It is perfect nice trunk space and room for pasengers. I can honestly say I didn't know what I was looking for but when we test drove it we were sold. I am a fan. Wish I would have known about these great cars years ago. My warranty is great as well.
I only had to ask once with anything I needed and wanted. They are very good listeners, they are professional and caring. I am glad that my car I bought was at this particular dealer and that it worked out the way it did. I was referred by a good friend and she was right. If you want to purchase to be simple go to South Chicago Chrysler they did great.
A good deal is a good deal. But a great experience is rare when it come to car dealers. I got a great deal and great ecperience. They took the time, ansered my questions, and gave me good warranty. Thanks to Chicago Dodge I rate it over all exceptional
What can I say accept Mrs. Wilkerson is great, so helpful I found a car I was interested in on the internet spoke directly with her set an appointment and came down to drive the car. It was still there and it was ready for a test-drive. We were impressed with the attention and time put into our appointment. When we are ready to buy we will be coming in to deal with her directly! Thanks for your time Mrs. Wilkerson.
I came to specifically look at the new dodge truck my husband is wanting. So we thought we would take a walk and see what there was to offer. By the time we found the one we wanted they already had a value on our trade in that was reasonable. So we went to dinner and decided it was a great deal for us! Came back to purchase & we couldn't be happier. Our insurance went down as well. Great experience for buying a truck

I purchased a car there and I was preapproved through the finance company. I amke almost 6000 a month. The did not do the appilcation correctly and the finance company denied my loan. They treated me horribably and said I was the problem. They did not return my down payment. I suggest everyone file a complaint with the better business bureau. We cannot keep accepting people who will treat us as they wish.
I went to this dealership only to look at some cars. I came in because of a new start program flyer I received. I would not recommend them. They will rip you off. They should me a car that has to have major work to the motor. I will never by another car from them and help other people do their research before they buy from them.

I just recently purchased my car from South Chicago Dodge. I can say that I was treated with the upmost respect while I was there. They helped me get into a nice vehicle and the payments were affordable.I defintly would continue to do business with them
This is the worst dealership ever. They are liars. They will rip you off in a split second. Stay away from Rich Ruscitti as he is more than ignorant he has destoyed families.

I have purchased 3 new cars from South Chicago Dodge and have gone their for repairs and maintenance. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and find everyone to be friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definetely do business with them again.
First new car purchase, and it went great. I have purchased cars before, but have never had the personal customer service like I received here. Rich helped us out, and took care of everything. Will definitely do business again.
My boyfriend and I purchase a used jeep from South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership. The jeep was nice and clean, the price was affordable and the jeep was in good condition. Yes I would recommend them.
I think they are nothing but liars, i don't recommend this dealer to anyone. They are very rude and they false advertise. They say they can get anyone a loan and when they cant they make you feel like crap.
My name is Wendell --we couldn't find anyone to help us with our credit and find the right car for us. The owner got personally involved to help make the deal happen. We ended up with a 2008 Dodge Charger, the car of our dreams and payment we could afford. I'd highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested being treated with respect and dignty.
This is the worst card dealership ever. The owner Richard Ruscitti is so ignorant. He is a liar and I will never buy from this dealership. I would advise anyone reading this to find another place to buy.
We bought our first new car here. It was a dealer demo. We were not sure what kind of car we wanted or needed. So they listened to our needs and helped up pick out the car the fit us best. They have been so helpful with any questions and it was an easy process. We got a great deal too!
This is where I bought my first new car. I only got a new car though because the day before that they sold me a lemon that broke down as soon as I got home. They were not going to do anything about it, but I threatened to go public with my story and they caved. Everyone there is a jerk.
This dealership has okay customer service but they try to get over on you for a car. You can trade your car in or be a loyalty owner and still have a high note on a used car. They didn't even fill the tank up when I purchased my car there. I will never go there again!

lets start from the beginning, I applied for a car loan for a new car and was told I would be approved without question, so I filled out all my personal info with my credit info and submitted to south Chicago dodge and guess what I was denied right off the bat. So I called back and question the financial manager and asked why I was denied, he said he would have someone from sales call me back. Well I called her and they told me ""I was approved for ""$10000"" loan with a $5000 down payment, which leaves the question how can most poor people afford that type of payment, upon further investigation I found out there main finance company ""Credit Acceptance"" only approves loans for used cars and is mainly middle man in processing loans not the actual loaner. Overall avoid South Chicago Dodge there is no such thing as 100 percent approval on car loans there just fishing for certain types of customers with credit ratings higher the 700.
