Mercer Island Pediatric Associates

I had been a patient of Mercer Island Pediatric all 20 years of my life. I had a bike accident over this last summer and came in to see the doctor. They switched the doctor I was going to see twice and I was disregarded as a patient. Once I was finally seen by the doctor it was not my doctor. She was very unprofessional and under-educated. She could not remember the name of the one in my wrist she thought I should get x-rayed so she had to go look it up. Once they sent me out of their office to get x-rays and I brought them back with me she had to have another doctor help her to read them. Long story short they told me nothing was wrong. After consistent pain in my wrist for weeks I went to the University of Washington Medical Center where I received impeccable service. They took another set of x-rays and instantly knew what was wrong. I was sent into surgery for my fractured scaphoid. All in all I would tell anyone thinking about becoming a patient here to be cautioned and look else where. After being a patient for twenty years and receiving such horrible service and an over $500 bill I will never be back there again.

Mercer Island Pediatrics has taken care of my kids through all the problems (medical and otherwise) of childhood. My boys are 21 & 17 and I feel very fortunate to have benefitted from the wisdom of these excellent physicians for 12 years. Bravo!

Nice doctors are always available at MI Pediatric Associates. Weekend and evenning hours are available if needed and telephone nurse or doctors will return your phone calls. Every doctor there is great so don't be afraid to try any one of them.
