Yuck, yuck. Vomit, vommit!

This used to be the very best buffet in Vegas, well not anymore! The fish are all flash frozen -- yuck! No taste! The deserts taste as if it's made of Crisco. Another yuck!

What a complete disappointment. Don't bother going here!

The food at "The Buffet" is out of this world. You really get an international dining experience when you visit. Just make sure you take small portions so that you can try everything. The only downfall is that it is expensive.

This place was exsquisite. The food delectable. The variety...OMG!!! They had so many different types of food and everything was wonderful. Our drinks were never half empty. The staff was extremely attentive. The desserts were fabulous. The only downfall, was the wait. A must eat.

do not eat here. everything was completely inedible. i developed a stomach ache about 20 minutes after eating some of the seafood there. Nothing was fresh. some of the meat served, such as the lamb chops, was still raw. if a place can screw up on potatoes, what else is there left to say? completely over priced for the quality of food. yes, there was a big selection, but i would rather eat 1 good thing than 25 nauseating things.

Sexy, sleek hotel from the Ocean's movies. I make sure we always go to the garden through the front entrance. It changes with the seasons. It's also a good hotel to hang in and walk around. Really classy and full of good shops to not spend

My first stay @ Bellagio was very comfortable and dream-like. The staff was very nice and attentive. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.us They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Bellagio is one of the best hotels in Las Vegas as it offers affordable room rates. I never regret my stays in Bellagio because the massages are free and the staff are so friendly.

I have stayed here a few times. It is always beautiful. You shouldn't be scared of spending a fortune. You can get some good deals for nice rooms if you do your research carefully. It is by no means cheap, but if you're going to pay for any place in vegas, this is well within the bal park of the other casinos around, plus you have the luxuries of a nice place. \nAnd still, whenever I stand looking at the fountains in front, I feel just like Danny Ocean at the end of the original. \n(you know what I'm talking about!)

Not only is this place beautiful, it's clean!! I had relocated from another hotel that was pretty skeevy when I found that there was a cancellation at the Bellagio. The Bellagio has quite a lot to do and see, not to mention the amazing fountains in front of the hotel.. this made my stay in Vegas memorable. I have to say, the service, the rooms and the food made a long week of work quite enjoyable. \r\n\r\nThank you!!! See you in two months! \r\n

I got married at the Bellagio Wedding Chapel in December 2010. The chapel is pretty cute, and the hotel is gorgeous. \r\n\r\nPros: \r\n+A well-known hotel \r\n+Recorded the wedding \r\n\r\nCons: \r\n-Overpriced \r\n-You can't bring your own photographer, and the photographer they provide will charge you a whole bunch of money for photos of your own wedding \r\n-We paid for the photographer for 1 hour, but he only stuck around for about 40 minutes. \r\n-They ""include"" a certain dollar amount of flowers, but when you see the options, their prices are overinflated. --This means with the included amount, you can only their cheapest arrangement (unless you're willing to spend extra money), that you could get somewhere else for 15% of their price. \r\n-They say you will be able to talk to the minister about the service, but he doesn't take any input. i.e. if you don't want to use rings in your ceremony, he will still use the words for a couple using rings, even though there aren't any rings. Pretty dumb and awkward. \r\n\r\nMore notes on the photography: \r\nThe package you get includes a certain number of photographs. When you go to pick them the next day, they will have them all printed out already, but won't give you more than your contract says. Also, the photos are only matte, don't even hope of getting some glossies for your album. They want you to pay about $15 per photo for a digital copy. All in all, the package they wanted us to buy from them for the 40 minutes they spent with us and the 60 photos was $3,000. Absurd. \r\n\r\nI *might* recommend this chapel if you could bring your own photographer, or if the photography package they offered was somewhat reasonable. With the uber-expensive photo package they try to force on you (your only other option is to not have photos from the wedding, except for a handful of small matte photos), I would NOT recommend getting married at the Bellagio.

I have stayed at Bellagio three times and had a great stay each time.Check-in is one of the few sour notes. Twice, I had to wait more than an hour for my room to be ready, which I found bothersome. The property itself is spectacular. The lake with fountain show in front is still terrific, even though I've seen it many times. The Dale Chihuli sculpture in the lobby, and the endless display of flowers in the conservatory are among the interior highlights. The array of restaurants is amazing. Picasso and Le Cirque are among the best fine dining restaurants that I've ever visited. The buffet is also the best in the city by far. The pool area is also excellent, although it seems in some respects to have been copied from Caesars. The guest rooms are well appointed and include private bars, and electronically controlled curtains and sheers. The casino is sprawling, and some may find the limits too high for their liking.Another point is that it seems like you have to walk miles to get from one place to another. For example, going from the main guest tower to the JPM patisserie takes forever. Service is generally very good for a hotel with 4,000 rooms. In spite of a few negatives, Bellagio is my 3rd favorite Las Vegas hotel behind Four Seasons and Wynn/Encore. Pros: Great rooms, superb restaurants, good service. Cons:Check-in is hit or miss, walking from place to place takes forever, even compared to other casino/hotels with 4,000 rooms. \n

Everything about the Bellagio was simply breathtaking! From the marble and glass bathrooms to the atrium filled with millions of live flowers, it was like a dream. They didn't try to cheat you or up the price they quoted when you make reservations. The separate glass shower was so fabulous that I wanted to take it home. The tub has jets for a whirlpool. The towels are heavy and plush. The linens were European with down comforters and lots of pillows. The mattresses were so classy that there were no pressure points--like sleeping on a cloud. The dancing waters were fabulous! The services--check-in, maid service and concierge--were all helpful, lovely and accommodating. If you made me come up with one negative thing about the Bellagio, it would be that anytime anyone touches their in-room candy display or refrigerator the sensor assesses a charge. It's promptly removed upon request if nothing has been taken. I understand lots of hotels have that now though. Other than that little bauble, it was like a trip to Heaven and I didn't want to go home!

Pros: Everything is absolute perfection!

Cons: Long walk from room to lobby--take your Nikes!

I've stayed at Bellagio twice and had an excellent visit each time. The hotel itself is beautiful, highlighted by Dale Chihuli's Fiore de Como sculpture on the lobby ceiling, the flowers of the conservatory, and the fountain show. Guests rooms are on the large side and have excellent amenities. The restaurants are absolutely outstanding. Picasso and Le Cirque are my favorities. One of the few drawbacks is that the main tower guest rooms are a very long walk from reception. Also, service in some areas was spotty, due to layoffs related to the economy.I will surely return.

April 7, 2009 / Bellagio Dinner Buffet\r\n\r\nWe have been fans of the Bellagio Buffet since Steve Wynn's day. Unfortunately, since the property was sold off the buffet has been in steady decline. Well, now it has been driven over the cliff. \r\n\r\nFood Quality: The pizza, which was originally developed by the California Pizza Kitchen, used to be excellent, high quality exotic ingredients and meticulous prep. Now, not only is the pizza stale and the fillings pedestrian, but the cold left overs are tossed on to the occasional fresh pizza. \r\n\r\nThe teriyaki flank steak is now overdone, tough, flavorless and stacked like cord wood at the station. \r\n\r\nThe entrees are not replaced on the steam tables but are replenished like the pizza. Many old favorites like the creamed spinach have disappeared. And, like typical cafeteria fare, there was left over bacon, hash-browns and scrambled eggs from the breakfast buffet.\r\n\r\nThe Alaskan King Crab legs, the only reason to prefer the dinner to the lunch buffet, have been supplemented by Ophilia crab, for the unsuspecting. And, when we were there some of the Crab Legs were still semi frozen and so liberally laced with salt that we could only conclude that the crab was left over and re-frozen. The boiled shrimp was not being replenished, diners were scraping the bottom of the serving bowls for the watery remains.\r\n\r\nThe cold cuts have been removed from the salad bar and the selection of salads have been drastically reduced. They did not even have bacon bits garnish. Previously, the bacon bits were freshly prepared, a small but significant indicator of quality.\r\n\r\nThe desserts are a joke, very little if anything remains. The creme brulle, profiteroles, and eclairs are gone. The sorbet maker was dispensing room temperature peach mix.\r\n\r\nYou get the idea. The traditional Bellagio Buffet is no more. Really, in terms of quality, it is not that much worse than other buffets in the neighborhood, but no longer something special and they have raised their prices.\r\n\r\nWe should not support mediocrity or that is all we will get. Fortunately, Steve Wynn still has a buffet.\r\n\r\nSmiff

Pros: Food Average For The Competition

Cons: Now Way Over Priced

This is a terrific hotel. The guest rooms are spacious and well furnished. Bellagio cannot be beaten for its selection of fine restaurants. The pool area is dazzling although I find cabanas too expensive. Although the property is large, getting sround is a snap. Looking forward to going back

Decided to try this buffet because it was highly recommended by many. The line was extremely and took forever to get through. Definitely one of the pricey buffets, but with the reputation it had I could have cared less about how much it cost. Unfortunately, the buffet couldn't live up to my expectations. The cold seafood bar was horrible. Nothing seemed fresh. My boyfriend, who has a big appetite, wouldn't go back for seconds. Not worth the price. Never going back again. At least the service was good.

pros: free self-service parking garage (standard in vegas).\r\n\r\ncons:\r\nloud power-flush toilet, shower leaks on the floor, small bath tub, stone floor instead of linoleum, cramped room yet a gigantic bathroom, dark wallpaper, dark lighting.\r\n\r\nthere is no refrigerator nor a microwave. the fridge is stuffed with their own food that will cost u dearly should u open the door too quickly - any disturbance of contents is automatically billed to your account, even if u don't actually use the item.\r\n\r\nthe housekeeping insists on cleaning twice a day even if u are staying for a week. this may be a ""pro"" for party animals.\r\n\r\nphone calls are not free. in fact nothing is complimentary here. everything costs money. internet is 15$ per day! to add insult to the injury their slots have 1 of the worst ratings:\r\nwizardofodds dot com/slots/slotapx3.html\r\n\r\nI have stayed at Ramada Inn in Medford Oregon, near the airport. It is pretty much opposite on all things mentioned. Their rooms are big and well-lit, with plenty of desk space. I would recommend that chain over any mega-resorts in vegas any time.

I can't imagine it getting much better than this. $27 seems high for a buffet, but considering you couldn't go to most of the sit down restaurants in these casinos for that much a meal, and with the high quality of the Bellagio Buffet, it's a no brainer to try this out! King AND Snow crab legs already split open for you! Bison sirloin, prime rib, and lobster ravioli. A dedicated station to freshly made sushi! A dedicated station for all kinds of salads! Wood fired pizzas! You name it, this place has it covered. This place is especially great if you're a ""foodie"" and love to try exotic things that you would normally be afraid to pay for to try. Wow....just wow.

This was my worst hotel experience in many years and I stay at over 100 hotels/year. The bad experience started at arrival, when there was no porter to take in our bags. Then at registration, they tried to refuse to give us 2 double beds, as we had ordered. After sorting that out, we get to the room, which was grungy, with hairs in the bathtub. And try complaining to a manager? They just weren't available during our stay. With so many hotels on the strip, Bellagio is one to avoid.

I would just like to say how much I love this hotel. We arrived in Vegas hoping for an ultra glamorous weekend and that's just what you get here. It took us 5 minutes to be checked in and the hotel staff were very pleasant. We had our bags taken for us by a very friendly man who then showed us to our hotel room. While I will admit that we were staying in the Presidential suite it didn't seem to matter - They seemed friendly to everyone! The suite was absolutely brilliant and the bed was one of the best in the world. I also booked the suite hoping that they would do everything listed on the internet - And they did. We were personally called and asked wether we would like seats at any of the restaurants, shows, clubs etc. We booked into Le Cirque and were guaranteed the best seating in the restaurant. So true - We felt like full on VIP's sitting in our little private section. All over this hotel was fabulous in every way - The service, the room just everything. I would definetely recommend it to anyone. I love it that much that I now travel there for 5 days approx. every three months and I am given wonderful treatment every single time.

First time at the buffet in Ballagio. It looked good on the Food Channel so we decided to try it. In reality it was overpriced and not very good and the wait staff were surly and unattending, not one wait staff at either the carvery table or the sushi bar smile or offer any helpful hint with the sauces for various dishes, most of the food were luke warm or dried up. Our waiter never brought us empty place for our shells. We ended up piling it on the table just to get it out of our dinner plate. The King crab was easy to eat but it was overly salty, the Beef Wellington was dry and a lot of food trays were empty or not being replenished for a long period of time. We were there at 5:30pm, the height of the dinner hour. We'd expected the food trays to be more plentiful and fresh. There were 2 things that were done well...rack of lamb and creme brulee. For over $70 for 2 people not including tips with only 2 items that wre any good, I think it's a bit overpriced. We will not go back to their buffet again. It's not worth it.

Pros: Plenty of parking, good desserts

Cons: Food were overcooked, over heated and unhelpful staff

I ate there once and had non-stop diahrea for five days. There are swarms of flying critters over every food bend and if you are planning on destroying your digestive system, this is the place to go. You must first pay an outrageous fee for the terrible food though. The food also smells like the trash in the trash bend.

First 3 times I went, it was great...\r\nThen the 4th time, they served me a piece of rotted meat, chicken. It had a weird smell to it. I thought it came that way, I ate it, and unfortunately, about 2 minutes later, it came up.\r\nSeveral people got sick from it. \r\nThey refunded my money for 2, and put my husband and I up for an additional night for free.\r\n\r\nSadly they have taken away the greater dishes and meats, and raised thier prices, 5 years ago, the buffet was wonderful, but my impressiona has been tainted.\r\nBetter off at the Green Valley Ranch buffet, its terrific!

I thought the price per person here at the Bellagio Buffet is totally overpriced. I really don't think this buffet had a lot of food to choose from. The only food I went back for seconds were mashed potatoes w/ gravy and salad. One would think this buffet was going to be the bomb or something since the line was so long, but I was totally disappointed. Our server was nice even though all he did was bring us our drinks. But please believe me that there really was no food to be all ecstatic about. I would not come back here. It's not worth the price.

my husband and i stayed here in june 2005. i expected more from this hotel before arrival. we stayed in the spa tower and it was great. we was very pleased with the room. the bathrooms was very spacious. the beds was to die for. but there customer service at the casino was very unproffesional. i always thought travelers checks was the safe was to go. but they were only a headache. we were treated like thefts. they acted liked as if they were stolen. and we had id and the reciept where we bought them from our bank. the next day i called with a complaint, needless to say that was a 2 hour run a round until i finally got the head casino manager on the phone and then he told me to come down to the caged he would cash them for me. so i did, and guest who was the there. the same person that didnt want to cash them for me. so i persided to ask for the manager that i talk to on the phone and he was right around the corner. so then he cash my travelers checks and then called her into office. after all that all they offered me was a limo to the hotel. i think if you are not a high roller they act like they dont care about your business.

I am not big on buffets - everyone touching the same utensils and breathing on 'my food', but I had heard sooooo much about the Buffet at the Bellagio that I just had to try it. My mother and 2 aunts were visiting from New Jersey and the big thing there is Atlantic City (enough said). They're all carnivores and I'm pescetarian and we all love desserts, so we had all the food choices covered. I don't know what they had exactly - plates piled high with a sampling of everything in sight and they deemed the food - okay. They thought it was comparable to other $9.99 (!!!) buffets they have 'enjoyed' (just passing along what they said). I piled my plate with salmon (give it a 'B') and tons of crab legs (not king) they get a 'C' - way too salty. Don't know how I missed the sushi bar - oh, well. Thumbs up on the caesar dressing and two thumbs up on the desserts - cheesecake puffs and chocolate cake - yummy. I was expecting so much more. So, been there, done that. My only experience at a buffet that exceeded my expectations was at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara - fabulous (it should be for $50+). Next I will try the buffet at The Wynn (please don't disappoint me).

Cons: Food not better than average

do not eat here. everything was completely inedible. i developed a stomach ache about 20 minutes after eating some of the seafood there. Nothing was fresh. some of the meat served, such as the lamb chops, was still raw. if a place can screw up on potatoes, what else is there left to say? completely over priced for the quality of food. yes, there was a big selection, but i would rather eat 1 good thing than 25 nauseating things.

If you're visiting Vegas eating at a buffet is a must, esp. this place! yes the line is long, but so is everywhere else, the food is totally worth it tho. Instead of their steak, I always go for their beef cubes, it melts in your mouth! the shrimp is really plump and fresh, I love their polenta so much that I tried making it at home... bad outcome. Their sushi bar is pretty simple, but you can ask them to make you something special . They have a very delish salad station, one side you have the typical salad bar and next to it a station of variety of selection which is served pre-mixed. Their deserts speaks for themselves and getting a cup of coffee is a must! \r\nSometimes service is slow if you are seated in the back or side corners, it depends where you are seated so if you dont like it, ask them to move you center front.

Pros: Food speaks for itself

Cons: Price

This buffet features grouped varieties of foods from around the world as well as a sliced meats station, traditional breakfast station, and outstanding self-serve icecreams and pastries from their extremely talented pastry chef. Best bargain in town.

We went for lunch and the waitress was good, but that was all.\r\n\r\nThe food was les than mediocre. It is the worst arranged buffet I have ever eaten at! Period! I use a cane, but can't when getting my food. I had to wait 15 minutes in the salad line to get to the carving tables. What a waste of time for what I got. The only beef was flank steak like and was so tough it was like eating a car tire and I could not eat it. The turkey was tasteless. I went back for some ribs and salmon, this time cutting in line, and the carver was obnoxious. He told a Vietnamese gentleman, that also cut in next to me, to go the front of the line, and when he did not, the server walked away. We waited and waited for another carver to come back, and several minutes later he did, but making rude remarks. The ribs were not even OK and the smoked salmon was like shoe leather. Again a waste of time for the pain, but no gain!\r\n\r\nI was expecting wonders when we went to the Bellagio Buffet from all of the hoop-la, but left wondering if we had gone to the right place. Extremely over rated, poor selection, far too costly for what you get and the layout is phenomenally poor. \r\n\r\nSalad bars are usually on their own island, but not here! It is as if they want you to get your salad and hot food all at the same time, cutting down on how much you can take. \r\n\r\nBe forewarned! If you have the same experience, you were told!\r\n\r\nI would never go back even if the price was a normal buffet price. I did eat a worse buffet once, the Imperial palace 20 years ago.\r\n\r\nDon't waste your money. But then again maybe dinner is better?

Had to wait 20 minutes to get an ice tea. I told the manager , he replies, sorry. The crab legs were frozen hard. I had to chew the ice through crab meat. For $39. go have a nice meal or goo to the buffet at Rio, T.I., Wynn or even Circus Circus.\r\n\r\nSave your money and your stomach, skip the this buffet line

I have been waiting several years to try the Bellagio?s buffet brunch and was excited to during this trip. I was in Las Vegas with 4 other friends and we had a wonderful time and great meals. The food at the Bellagio was great, but I believe it made us very, very ill. Within hours of eating there (and we had eaten nowhere else that day) three of us had severe symptoms of bad food. We could not even keep water down for over 24 hours. The three of us had shared a desert, the bread pudding, that the other two had not tried. We were so sick that I am quite worried for anyone who might have been elderly and who ate at the Bellagio on that day.

We went there yesterday for lunch. What struck me was the non-buffet feel to the rooms once you were seated. It felt like a restaurant. They even have a bar where you can sit and have your meal if you wish. Like everything in the Bellagio, there is great attention to detail and an overall feeling of luxury. The food was remarkably fresh. There was an excellent selection. I did think the service was a little on the slow side, but very helpful and friendly once it arrived. They had a good international variety of selections but also all of the American favorites and some entrees that were quite unusual (venison, giant artichoke hearts, two kinds of duck, pesto mashed potatoes) and the wonderful desserts that we always look forward to at the Las Vegas buffets (three varieties of mousse, all sorts of cakes, delicious chocolate brownies and cookies). Frankly, all of the buffets are about equally priced, so I think it makes sense to go to the better ones.

On a recent visit with my boyfriend and another couple to Vegas we thought we'd try the buffet here. It was slightly more money than the regular dinner buffet because it was the Holiday season. However, I think it was around forty per person. We had to wait in line for about 20 minute, which we were told would be an hour wait. This was at about 9:30 on the Friday night btw. Christmas and New Years, 2007. I had never been to a buffet before and some of the others in our group had been to several including the buffet at the Bellagio. We all thought it was delicious! The assortment of different foods and cuisines was really outstanding. We had a picky eater with us and she was able to find plenty of good stuff to eat. For the person commenting that it caters to Asians with all the Asian food, you must be joking! It was one of the smallest cuisines. I guarantee there was as much Italian cuisine choices as Asian. So ""whatever"" to that guy. Desserts were good as well. The best was the gold chocolate tart thing! D-lish! I don't think for the price that it was expensive at all. You can easily spend that on a so-so meal in NYC (where we dine often) and still not feel full. Our waiter was awful however. He was clueless half the time and rarely came to fill our drinks or take plates away. Both of the people who had been to the Bellagio thought this buffet was far better. I'm glad we went during an ""off"" time. We came back to another restaurant and passed by the buffet on that following Sunday evening....the wait time was over 2 hours!! It's good, but not that good. Skip the buffet if the wait is more than an hour. There are plenty of other good choices in the hotel, such as the cafe right down the hall from it called Terrace Point Cafe.

I am writing this review from the hotel room. First let me just say how unimpressed I was at the hotel and the service.\r\nCheckin -\r\nCheckin took more than 30 mins. After a long 9 hour drive from San Francisco the last thing we wanted to do was wait another 30 mins to checkin to the hotel room. The lines were terribly long and there weren't enough staff to check people in.\r\nOnce we were finally checked in, we had to walk through the casino in order to get to the hotel room. With such a crowded lobby and casino you can just imagine what a hassle this was!\r\nRoom -\r\nThe room is very dated. The television set is a 27 inch Philips flat screen (notice not flat panel). One door panel of the TV cabinet was missing and they just left the screw and bolt dangling. Again is this really 5 diamond? I've stayed in many hotels all over the world and this is the first time I've ever seen this! There were markings on the walls - just wear and tear I guess over the years. There were two chairs in the room which looked very dingy and worn. And to top it off one corner of the room smelled like trash!\r\nBathroom -\r\nThe bathroom is very spacious and nicely decorated. There is both a bath tub and a shower stall (the drain in the shower stall was clogged!). There is only one sink however.\r\nOverall, I had such high expectations for this hotel and had a very disappointing experience here. In all honesty for $100 less the New York, New York hotel was not much of step down from this room at the Bellagio. If you're looking for a hotel on the strip, I would recommend the Venetian. All rooms are suites, you get more for your money, and there is easier access to the hotel room without having to lug your luggage through the casino.

There is a big difference on what they describe as gourmet on the east coast and in the desert. If you are coming from the east coast and have had the buffet at Harrah's in Atlantic City, DO NOT EXPECT the same thing. \r\n\r\nFirst of all I dont consider crab legs and quail as gourmet. And serving 4-6 different types of pizza doesnt really cut it either. They obvious cater to asian clients with a large sushi section. The decor was like I was dining in Circus Circus and not a upscale hotel. \r\n\r\nFor $36 I expected alot more than what I got. The only bright spot was the BBQ Brisket and Prime rib. I have to agree with others when they say that the service was a bit slow. \r\n\r\nSo my advice to others is if you have other options, take them first. If you feel like steak, try Alan Alberts on the strip, its located off the road a little right before MGM Grand.

It has everything you want, from seafood to burgers to sushi to pizza. It has it ALL. And its fresh not like other buffet lines where the food has been sitting there for awhile. I saw the servers changing the food constantly. They even had crab legs and shrimp during BRUNCH!!! I cant wait to go back.

The Bellagio Buffet is by far one of the best I have been to! The food is always high quality and freshly prepared. There is a wide variety to choose from which includes sushi, pastas, seafood, various meats, plenty of desserts and much more. This buffet is a little higher priced at around$27.99 on week nights but it is definately worth the money. Also it can get busy very fast so I suggest going to an early diner. My family and I went around 5:30 and we walked right in but once we left about an hour later there was a line up. Come very hungry and be prepared to taste new things!

The hotel is truly deserving of its 5-star rating. The rooms, even the basic ones, are spacious and the staff courteous (evern the cleaning crew make it a point to acknowledge your presence), which along with the casino's location made our trip quite memorable. HOWEVER, as with all the five-star hotels these days, the Bellagio felt it necessary to nickle and dime you to death. For example, a bottle of Dasani costs $4.00, the LA Times is 2X its regular price, and you must pay $25 each day you want to use their weight room. FORTUNATELY, the shops at the Planet Hollywood hotel accross the street has an ABC store where we found near-normal prices for water and liquor (which we brought to the pool, which is excellent). AND GO GAMBLE SOMEWHERE ELSE (unless you're a high roller, you won't find a table under $25 at night and everyone I spoke to agreed that they didn't win there).

The hotel is truly deserving of its 5-star rating. Pros: Venue, courteous staff, pool

Cons: nickle and diming of patrons, and gambling not for players with average $

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and I have never witnessed worse customer service when it came to the valet. I attempted to use the valet service 3 times in a recent trip to Bellagio. Every attempt there was more than a 15 minute wait for an attendant to even acknowledge we were there. I opted to leave the valet line for self parking every time. On more than one occasion I had to drop people off at the main entrance. Once I had finally reached the appropriate spot to let them out of my vehicle they had to walk across 3 lanes of constantly moving limos and cabs. Luckily no one was hurt. During my last encounter a passenger had to get out of my car to move a pylon so we could escape the valet area. There were at least 6 employees standing there doing nothing but apparently that was more important than helping us maneuver out of their horrible valet.
