Gallo's Seafood Restaurant

We have been to Gallos many times and have always had good food and good service. Unfortunately the service on Sunday 5/4 was awful. The waiter spent time flirting with the waitresses instead of taking care of what we needed My son-in-law had to get up and ask him for more drinks.

Today again, 8/15/07, we lunched and the food & service was great and consistant in every respect. We & many of our friends have been coming to Gallo's from the days @ Frankfort & Tolbut Sts thu today.We have experience the continuing Renasance of Gallo's continuing & expanding excellence.The very BEST Seafood in the Delaware Valley!JPB,Sr

Tried a seafood sampler and was pleasantly surprised. As an avid oyster fan am always on the lookout for good seafood in northeast philadelphia. Hope to see more oyster-type dishes on their menus for dining at the restaurant as well as take-out.

Gallos was the 1st place I ever had excellent crabcakes at. Thats when it was a small place on Frankford Ave and we waited over an hour in line. It was worth the wait. Now everywhere I order crabcakes I compare them to Gallos. The prices are not too high. There was a time the prices were considered low. Not anymore. The atmosphere is ok. A bit like a very noisy diner for the Seniors. The waitstaff are as friendly as any can be under such busy-ness. I usually get the take out nowadays and I am very glad to do so.

this is the best seafood around town, i have been here several times and i have not 1 complaint , the restaurant is kept up to date and kept very clean. the staff is the friendlyest i have ever dealt with , they go out of there way to make you happy . the prices are very good for seafood, cheapest around.

Gallo's is a very friendly place to go. They have a good lunch menu, and I personally recommend the eggplant parm. The prices are very reasonable, and it is decorated with a nice nautical theme.
