XSport Spa

I don't have a membership to the Xport gym, but i do get massages at the spa. If you like deep tissue massage, there is no one better than Nenad in Chicago.

So, in order to cancel you have to write a letter to the corporate office and they do not process your request for 30 days after they receive it, which means you have to continue paying after you stop receiving service's. BEWARE

Don't sign up for this gym. They make it very difficult to get out of your contract. They are not flexible at all when it comes to cancelling and they do everything they can to hold onto your monthly fees.

Was an employee here and was well received by the parents to have someone who would care for their children. I had noticed there were safety issues and things were allowed to happen that I was taught in training that were not suppose to happen. I decided to speak up and was even told by a manager to speak up. Yet the manager I needed to speak up to just called me insubordinate and fired me after I had told her that I would make that my last day. I have worked in the childcare field for 15 years. The very first day I worked, I heard from the parents that they just don't care about the kids here, they are right. Another manager even told me they would not bring their child there. Sad they offer a place, but not a safe place or clean place. Sad too that they train you to do the right thing and the manager of Child's Play here at Pipers Alley wants to do her own thing. Kim is the manager who does not care.

Do not join this gym, again I repeat...DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I have had a terrible time trying to quit. I have heard a difference story from every customer service person I have talked to. They have being taken money out of my checking account 6 months AFTER "i thought" I quit. They tell me they have mailed my refund check to 5 different addresses now that are not even close to the correct one. They are not able to mail a confirmation letter. Now, I have had to pay my bank to hold my account to stop them from taking my money. The cheap monthly rate ARE NOT WORTH IT. I have paid more since I have stopped going then I would have a better gym.

I went to this spa which is part of Xsport Fitness. I don't belong to the gym and found out they were open to the public...anyhow I got a facial and massage and they were outstanding! The esthetician there was very knowledgeable and recommended some really good skincare. The massage was very theraputic it wasnt to deep, but it wasnt too light either. I really enjoyed both services and will definitely be returning!

I really like this spa, as part of the XSport gym. They have a lot of services and they aren't that expensive. The staff there seems really good, experienced and can offer advice and suggestions on things. This place should stand up well to a regular spa-goers reviews!

This place is great but like the previous reviewer was stunned by the customer service. They always were very helpful and took care of me in anyway possible. Their prices are around 35 bucks but you aren't dissapointed. Stacy Harper runs a great place and she was always very kind to me when I first walked in. Parking was a breeze and the speciality is there kindness even when I was not sure.

This is a really place, at a great but busy location (North Avenue & Wells) The young lady by the name of Stacey Harper treated me well; she had an extreme amount of knowledge about the products she sold to me (they worked by the way) and just overall gave excellent customer service. The other team members I do not know about, when I go back, I will request Stacey Harper.
